This is a NON -Franchised dentist. If you are looking to be treated like a number then go to one of the those Franchises. Everyone treats you like family and they remember your conversations from the previous visit. Who does that? The hygienist takes her time with the cleaning....I mean she digs through every nook and cranny as if she were searching for gold. The office decor is so cute and chic. I received a goodie bag when I left. I love it here and so will you.

I have never experienced a dentist so caring and down to earth as Dr. Finkelstein. She helped my son when he decided to jump rope with a bandana and slam his mouth into our tile and jammed his front teeth. She got us in ASAP and treated him immediately. She even took the time to inquire about further options with others specialists so that I felt confident with the treatment plan. She takes the time to explain all your options and doesnt make you feel pressured into doing anything. I had to go in recently for some dental pain I was experiencing, and she was EXTREMELY informative with my options and respectful of my personal beliefs with treatment options. She even reached out again to a collegue to make sure there was nothing she was missing with my specific situation. She literally treats you like family. She is truly a gift and I couldnt recommend her enough!

This is the friendliest dental office I’ve ever been to. I got there at my appointment time and was taken back in about a minute. My last dentist was 25-30 min wait. They actually take time to go over my scans and x-rays before doing any procedures.

I just wanted to thank Dr. Finklestein and her incredible team for helping make the right decision about my oral care. I just had my wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago but the surgeon was hesitant on removing my last one because it merged with the tooth next to it and the nerve is intertwined with the tooth. I figured I should get a second opinion but since it’s such a big deal I didn’t want to go around looking for just any dentist. My mother in law has been coming to this practice for over 14 years so I trust that Dr. Finkelstein has all the experience to consult on my case. I was given an appointment immediately and I did not have to wait a long time to see the doctor. She’s fantastic at honoring appointment times. Her assistant Maiyra took my cd of the ct scan I had done and was able to get the program open after much trying. She’s great for solving the issue with the computer! I was worried my cd wasn’t going to show anything lol. Shortly after the doctor came to see me and referred me to two specialists because it turns out my situation is more complex than I thought. I’m thankful that I was able to get the help I needed and get connected to the right people to take on my case. For situations like mine there’s no point in price shopping. You have to go straight to the top to get quality work done. Going to Dr. Finkelstein is straight to the top of the list for me out of all the dentists I’ve been to. Thank you for providing me with exceptional and high quality service for my oral care!

Excellent service. I called about my tooth, since there was sudden pain and they took me in for an emergency consult. They gave me my results, and what steps need to be taken from there. The worst dentist i have ever gone to!!! Applied an onlay when the insurance stated needed 2 fillings so was not covered, the onlay then failed 2 years later and a full crown is needed! Again not covered by insurance due to not being done properly in the first place!Honestly if anyone reads these reviews please avoid this dentist!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Heidi Finkelstein, after years of being told I needed to correct some issues with Invisalign (3 other dentists) I finally took the advise and pulled the trigger. Called the office and gave the name and number to my dental insurance. The receptionist advised that they take my insurance. Made an appointment, arrive early to complete the forms, waited 30 minutes to hear the receptionist say, We dont take your insurance.... She goes on to say that I can still have a regular dental visit for $150.00. Very unprofessional. Total waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE

I have been coming to My Plantation Dentist for a little over two years now. Super appreciative of Dr. Finkelstein and her staff for all the dental work I had to get done when I first started going to her and continue to maintain routinely cleanings in her office which the service is above par!

Wonderful dentist. Did a thorough exam and took the time to go over and explain the steps of the exam as they were being done. Then Dr. Finkelstein came up with a comprehensive treatment plan and went over it A-Z making sure I had a full understanding of what they were treating and why, and how everything would proceed.
