I hired Lasana Pitter for my tax returns for several years in a row. He knowingly made false claims and hid this from me! Very unprofessional and overcharged me to do the tax returns. The IRS audited me and his resolution was to break the HIPPA policy and further lie to the IRS. He is a con artist and i would never recommend him to anybody!

I file my taxes with this company and I still havent received my refund the IRS send it out and yet have I received it I called and called yesterday I got talk to someone but she was rude and no help at all just blew me off and now I cant get ahold of someone Never will I work with this company

I filed with you guys on March 3rd. I cannot get a hold of anone. No one is returning my calls and the IRS has zero knowledge of my taxes. I have recieved no tax refund or stimulas package. What is going on here!!!!!!!

So far not impressed! Every time I call its always something different from what I was told before! I was approved on the 4/2 and still dont have my refund date and no stimulus check either! If it persists I will be reporting to BBB! I have Bills that arent gonna pay themselves! Im about .38 hot with this foolishness

Used United tax firm in fort Lauderdale and they are no good
