The BREIA and MDREIA mentor program was life changing. We started the program last year after the hotel I had been managing closed down due to Covid. I had always invested in real estate as a side hustle, but never thought I could become a professional real estate investor. After working in hospitality for 20 years, I decided to invest in myself and join the mentor program.Ryan and Anish are the real deal. They provided us with the blue print we needed to avoid years of trial error. One of the best things about the program is that they provide 100% of the money needed for every deal you bring to the table; and trust me, if you follow the steps they provide, it wont be long before you are closing on deals every month.Since we started the program, we were able to build a pipeline of 12 short sales, and the 6 that weve closed on brought in more than $320,000. Not too shabby!This has been the greatest investment weve ever made. I came across MDREIA/BREIA a few months ago in the midst of doing some research. Ever since then I’ve been attending the webinars and learning a massive amount of information. This is an excellent program. I’ve finally found the home I was looking for to incubate my new real estate entrepreneurial business. I’ve done other boot camps and started other RE mentorship programs before but was never able to get side by side support as they were all to far away from me and seemed like they were always trying to sell me someone elses course too. Finally I’m here in the right track. Projecting $20,000 minimum before end of this year.

Anish and Ryan go above and beyond to help new investors understand the local market and what works and what doesnt. They went over marketing strategies, took students to actual properties to do a real walkthrough with their contractor, and had students prepare sample offers and then gave the real numbers so everyone could learn. The program was completely engaging. I can honestly say that I am now ready to move forward with real estate investing, something that I have wanted to do for the last few years. What an awesome experience I had over this past weekend Nov 10th- 11th at the Breia the boot camp for Real Estate Investing. If you have been considering becoming an investor and diving into a mentorship program, I cant recommend Breia enough.. more so because of the mentors behind it versus anything else.. When you make your way to the second floor where the meeting is held, youre greeted by the nice folks at the checkin table.Once inside, theres plenty of food and drinks at no extra charge. The networking section is full of all kinds of professionals. They range from experienced investors and buyers to those just getting their feet wet. Youll never know the connections you might make.After about an hour and half, the main meeting starts. The speakers range from real estate tax information to how to flip notes. The range of topics is immense. Every topic provides value. Its great!All in all, Ive seen these meetings gain in popularity. I am looking forward to the expansion of the MD-REIA.
