I am not a bad review person but my experience was so BAD!The facility fails to meet any customer service expectation. The staff is lacking in good customer service etiquette and effective and timely resolutions to any problems.The information the staff proves is wrong and inaccurate and it is obvious the staff does not value the customer time.This star is for Alen, the only employee at this lab that seems to know what he is doing, professional and kind. I appreciate his help!

I came in as a walk in and after handing over my prescription and insurance info I was told it would be a short wait. I watched everyone who were there before me and a couple who walked in after but they could have been waiting outside get called back. Then one of the ladies who already had her test done was waiting at the window for about 5 minutes when she finally asked the lady behind her if she was me. I stated she called my name and she handed me my prescription and insurance info that I had given to the receptionist. So not only did I wait longer than necessary because no one knew to call me back but this is a HIPPA violation, another person had access to my personal information. Very disappointed in LabCorps staff, especially the receptionist who kept leaving the desk and obviously not paying attention, very unprofessional and mindless. Thank you to the lady for coming back with my prescription too because if she hadnt come back to return the papers Im pretty sure they would have told me Id need to come back with another prescription and not be the least bit apologetic. Moral of this story, do not true this staff, carry more than one copy if you can and keep track on who is ahead of you and behind you.

For the past years making an appointment in their website,takes you more than 2 weeks to do so. Not to mention in the afternoon. Trying to do the right thing and doesnt work. My appointment was for 1:00 pm. I arrived at 12:45 pm. I signed in the link from their text to say I arrived. Because of Covid19 preferred waiting in my car. When they texted me to come inside and have a seat I was shocked by the number of people inside the small waiting area. Over 16 people I counted! The door said only 10 people at a time allowed inside at a time. NO ONE MONITORING the front door.The chairs are approximately 2 ft apart. I had to wait another 45 minutes to have my blood work done. I did not want to make the situation worse. I will find out what health organization to report this to. Next time I will try to go to Quest.

First I want to say the staff was extremely nice and friendly, unfortunately whoever ran the labs failed my child. I took my 12 year old daughter to have her labs drawn and I just found out from my child’s physician that the lab only completed half the tests on the order. I was told by her physician that labcorp had the correct orders and when my doctor called, the lab said it was too late to complete the order as they had thrown out the sample. My daughter’s doctor told me this happens at least 25% of the time. Without the lab results we have NO idea what is wrong with our child and have no idea how this time waste will impact her end results. This is beyond incompetence. Pathetic! This should be illegal.

One of the nicest experiences of the day for me its going to LabCorp. Love the technology of checking in of upgrading your appointment if you arrive early plus the staff is so pleasant and so friendly. They definitely go out of their way to be nice and kind to everyone. As Im sitting in the waiting area very comfortably, Im hearing all the conversations and exchanges... so pleasant so warm so loving ...which is missing from a lot of the offices around today..👌

1st thing 1st people who works here get 5 star not the LabCorp Inc. People who works here try their best to service. Obviously they are understaffed and they try their best to make it less painful for the visitors.They are aware of waiting time and apologetic about it.Very good customer service unfortunately long waiting time but i cant blame these nice people here...

We had a Great experience today at the Plantation office! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. My husband got real lightheaded during his blood draw, but they all helped make sure he was comfortable and got back up to speed! We sure appreciate them and would highly recommend!

I checked other reviews before visiting, so was expecting a long unpleasant wait and an overall bad experience. Because the reality was much different I thought I should leave a review.I arrived on time for the 10:15 appointment Id made online. The computerized check-in using a drivers license scan was efficient but there were a few others ahead of me to do this, so my actual time of check-in was right at 10:15. There were about 25 others waiting, and all the seats were taken. There was a TV on, well audible but not annoyingly loud, and water and coffee were available. While waiting I helped another lady who had an 11:15 appointment approach the front desk, and I thought they were helpful and efficient. Both I and this lady were called in with a group of five at about 11:50. The phlebotomist was great: skilled, efficient, personable, and she even remembered one man in our group despite having seeing tons of different persons in her time at LabCorp. I was the second in our group and done by about 11:15.It seems best to schedule an appointment online in advance, expect some waiting, and appreciate that the staff there are pretty nice despite likely being overworked. In any case I was pleasantly surprised with my visit.

I will never come back here.,You walk in them are completely ignored so you have to ask the people in the waiting room what the procedure is. They treat you like you are not even human. Lack of respect is their number one goal. If these people hate their jobs they should quit, not take it out on their clients.

Good experience today at LabCorp. Super easy check in at the kiosk. The kiosk estimated my wait time as 7 minutes. I actually waited more like 45 minutes, but it wasn’t a big deal. It was obvious that the line was moving. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and once my name was called I was in and out in five minutes.

The ladys in The front desk extremely competent and timely I have been coming here for 3 years Im snow bird back in NY they beat me up because my veins roll most of the time my arm is black and blue from the elbow to my hand here they get it right the first time I read some of the reviews I think the reviews should be pointed to the doctor for being blood test crazy

Second time going to the plantation location. I was a walkin and only waited 15 minutes. The key is to go early when they are not bombarded with people. It’s a small location so minimal staff which is out of their control. Everyone was very nice and professional. Front desk ladies very professional. The lady that did my blood work was outstanding.

Great experience- I made an appointment and Allen did my bloodwork. He was professional and I was amazed at how quickly he found a vein and how painlessly he drew my blood. Usually the phlebotomists have difficulty bc I have small, hard to find veins. Allen was excellent!!

I went to LabCorp and it was a wonderful experience. My appointment was on time and I was out in 10 minutes. It was neat, clean and efficient. I have only good things to say.

Made an appointment for 1:15. It’s 1:45 and I’m still waiting to be called into the back. All I’m here to do is some simple bloodwork. Bathroom has mold.

No real use in even making an appointment. I have come here to get blood drawn, which literally takes 5 minutes, and have had to wait for over an hour multiple times, with an appointment! I dont know why i keep coming back, maybe i had the hope that the place would have improved but this will be my last time for sure.

I have been here and to quest a couple times over the past few months for bloodwork. Had an appointment every time. With quest I would wait over an hour. Both times with LabCorp I didn’t wait any more than 10 min past my scheduled time. Everyone has been super friendly both times. I was really nervous with all the bad reviews, however I do know from working in the hospitality industry that there are many people who only leave reviews when they are mad. I would definitely recommend labcorp over quest based off of my experiences this past year.

So many bad reviews. Maybe they’ve changed their ways from before. I went in at 1:50 and was out by 2:10. Only had a routine blood test but I also made an appointment before. There were about 8 people sitting in the waiting room when I walked in, which made me nervous but I got in and out quickly. Only giving 4 stars because the place was impossible to find. The address on google and their appointment website takes you to the wrong place. I drove around in frustrating circles for 10 mins before I finally found it. The person who took my blood was very nice

Clear your schedule, even if you arrive bright and early. Been here since 9:15, its now 10:45. Not sure how even with electronic check-in it can still take over an hour to be allowed to take a 2 min dipstick screening. There are so many people waiting there arent enough chairs to sit everyone, and many are elderly. There must be a more efficient way to care for your patients!

I recently went to this facility for general blood work. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was minimal. I was in and out in less that 45 minutes. The location is close to my house which was greatly convenient. I will be sure to utilize this for any future needs

Much better service than I have experienced in the past. If they are properly staffed (as I saw on my visit) things go much better. They do ok given the amount of people that are processed every day. Bring a book and chill.

Very bad service, is incredible, how they dont care about customer. I spent all the morning from 8:10 am to 1:34 pm; 4 hours 1/2 waiting there was only two people (slaves employees, poor human persons) for more that 60 customers. that is no fair. they abused of us.I DONT RECOMMEND IT AND SAY TO YOUR DOCTOR, THAT YOU DONT WANT TO GO THERE. In the future if my doctor cannot get my blood done at his office, Ill do it at home myself or in a dark alley somewhere...because certainly those options have to be better than waiting here for close to four hours with an appointment...while fasting. Absolutely absurd!!!

If I make an appointment I expect to be seen as close to the time as possible. I understand a short wait, but today I waited an hour and people who came ibn after me were seen before I was even though I had an appointment. The staff was pleasant but that die not make up for the long wait. Ill try somewhere else next time.

This place is absolutely horrendous. My mother almost passed out there today. Her blood pressure was through the roof and they had her sitting there all day with nothing to eat. They wouldnt even expedite the process so that she could go out and grab a bite after her blood test. She had to be escorted to her car because she was so weak. These people who call themselves medical professionals are horrendous. They Have horrible bedside manner and treat people like filth. Had my mom died in Your offices today, I would sue your asses off you hear me. And I would win. I would definitely win. There was only one woman there who treated my mom with any decency. Kudos to Simone for treating people like human beings.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I had never been there and u had i made the mistake of asking how long the wait was. She shrugged her shoulders and mumbled I dont know. I wasnt looking for an exact time. I have to work and if it would be a couple hours I would make other arrangements. I asked if I could make an appointment and with a poor attitude she said we dont do that. I later found out I could do that on the website. Another patient told me that. What happened to customer service or even acting like a decent human being.

Dont even think about going here! I had an appointment for 10:30, got there at 10:15 and walked out at11:25 after never being called. I asked twice at 11:00 and 11:15 how long it was going to be. At 11:25 asked the third time and was told they were putting my info into the computer now and it would be soon. This was after I had an appointment! I asked for my paperwork and will go to another Labcor.

Ive been here probably 2 or 3 times its pretty easy-going you walk in you sign your name on the sign-in sheet they call you up and ask you for the paperwork then they call you up again and let you know that your insurance should cover everything but just in case provided credit card information and then they call you in and then you give your blood or whatever you came to do the whole process is probably between 15 to 25 minutes pretty painless

Went in for a routine cbc and got out quickly. Like that if an earlier appt is available, can change appt while checking in at machine. Nice and professional.

My husband had an appointment and waited over an hour and a half. That is unacceptable. 15-20 minutes you can understand, but anything past 20 minutes is ridiculous-find another lab to go to.When finally seen he was in and out in one minute. They need a better system.Bottom line they never put his paperwork in the proper pile. Very unprofessional.

Seriously!!! unacceptable.. I have since put in a grievance with their corporate office...

Understaffed consistently. Waited 4.5 hours one day because I need a quick blood test and did not have lead time to make an appointment. Useless to call because you can not talk to a human about test results which seem to take an unbelievable amount of time to get. Terrible customer service. Been advised that the company was recently sold. Wasnt great before, even worse now. Will explore other options.

Had some blood work to b done. I walked in. I am a diabetic. Got there about 0845. Waited until 1130 and was still not seen. I started to become symptomatic due to being a diabetic. Tried to speak to the ladies at the front. Very rude unpleasant. Poor customers serviceI would never use a lab cop again even of my Life depends on it. Over 40 people in the little area . Very hot. Poor ventilation. Old patients just sitting some standing because the waiting area was so overcrowded. I had to leave and go back to my doctors office and got my blood drawn. Avoid this place pls.

The wait time was extremely long , but there are only 3 people working here . . . They did what they could to get patients in and out , and tried to keep good spirits. They were kind and were very nice to patients even the ones who had a bad attitude. The workers here are nice, but I think they are over worked and extremely understaffed. Who ever is in charge of the hiring process needs to get it together and hire more people . These wait times have customers very unhappy and taking their frustration out on the WRONG people . The staff can only do so much . Get it together corporate!!!

Worst experience ever at a Labcorp, waited 30 minutes and approached to ask why my name was not called, I was told they called my name a while ago and no answer. Seated in front of the front desk all the time with a baby on a stroller and my name was never called. Once it was my turn, phlebotomist rushed me and poked me as hard as she could, she was rough and careless. I was taped and not even handed a ban-aid to cover where they drained blood from. A day after I was bruised from the roughness and the force of the needle that was used on me. Extremely upset and dissatisfied with the service at these place not to include the roaches crawling in the waiting area. Disgusted. These is my arm bruised after 1 1/2 week of the visit.

They are bad even I dont give them one star. I recommend you travel to moon to do lab test instead to come here. Ive been waiting for 3.5 hours for lab test. Bad service

Phone system is horrible, 1 ring no answer, white noise, then busy for 20 minutes straight, been in there before, they are no overly busy, just poor training and concern for paying patients. Cant even get anyone on the phone to get their fax line.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This is the worse laboratory I have ever been to! I arrived at 9 am for a pre-employment screening, it is now 11 am and I am still waiting. When I first arrived, The front desk girl said that it will be less than 20 mins and directed me to sign in. I was like ok. One and a half hours later, and two people who got here after me got their pre-employments done without appointment. I go to the front and ask and the lady is like I don’t know how much longer and doesn’t have any explanation on why the two others got their tests done. Avoid this place at all cost!

Tamarac Lab CorpThis is the most unorganized lab I have ever been to. They force you to schedule an appointment and ask you to arrive 15 minutes before. They never call you on time, sometimes you can wait an hour or 2 after your appointment time. I think this terrible. If they force you to make an appointment they should only schedule what they can handle. Of course there are always unforseen issues, but that should not be every time. It is also unprofessional to tell patients constantly that they are short of staff. I rated this lab a 1 but it should be a 0. Management needs ro restructure the entire office to make the cpmpetitive with other labs. If they accpted walk ins they would be able to justify some delays, but not all of the time.

What is the purpose of making an appointment if you still have to wait over an hour to get a blood test? I came before making an online appointment and i was told that without appointment the wait would be approximatelly one hour, went back home, schedule an appoitnment and came back a week later, next thing you know the waiting time still over an hour, so what is the purpose of making an appointment? I arrived at 10:35am for a 10:45am appointment and left a 11:50am, over an hour waiting time to get a procedure that only takes 5minutes to accomplish. Will never come back to this place or any other branch, from now on i will make sure my physician has its own lab so i dont have to be send to any of these patetic locations.

This place is the worst Ive ever been.They skipped my name and after I realized the time waited for an appointment I ask her about me and she said she didnt put my paperwork in computer. I Waited another hour and I ask again, I she just told me oh I forgot after been here fasting for a whole day... Now is 3 pm.
