Horrible service and experience! Manager SHAYNE has 0 customer service skills! Very rude and unprofessional I work at a dealer down the street and bring plenty of cars to them for oil changes will never go back to this establishment again! If you want better service pay a couple dollars more and go somewhere else !

Once again EXCELLENT experience! CLEAN, professional, you get water, you chillIn your car and all the fluids are checked as a courtesy. THEY ARE FAST AND THEY ARE THOROUGH! Ive been there twice. Both times they were very pleasant, polite and helpful. The first time I went, they voluntarily and briefly educated me on the type of oil I should be using for my car. I had a general idea before but they told me something I didnt know. They also tried to keep my boyfriend and I cool in our car while they did the oil change. Also, the second time I went, I was rushing after work and got there 15 minutes before closing time and they were still professional, polite and pleasant and provided me with great service! I drive a bit far to see them because they are good.

Great, quick stop for an oil change. I was turned away from 4 other shops with a 2 hour wait time before driving by. The staff was friendly and was not pushy about extra services. Plus the waiting AND work area were clean. Will definitely be coming here for future services.

Highly efficient friendly workers, great price and service. Ill take multiple vehicles that need oil here anytime. Services are quick for drive thru engine lubrication if you need to get moving in a hurry its great. Im going to try the coolant engine flush - at a reasonable price hopefully it flushes the entire engine block quickly lol :)

If your looking for an oil change THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO. Drove in, NO WAIT. Two men guided me into the garage with open arms and smiles. Popped the hood open and one gentleman told me to put my windows down. A little confused I did what he asked and then BOOM a personal A/C pipe while we wait for the oil change to be done. And it doesn’t stop there! THEN another guy comes around with bottles of water. There so good I didn’t even realize I was thirsty until they gave me one! After that they kindly finish the job and advise me on what needs to be done on the car. This experience was so beautiful I had to share! Please, especially ladies, pick this place to get your oil changed! Money WELL spent!

This store is very clean and the employees were extremely friendly, polite and happy to help in anyway possible. They gave me a complimentary bottle of water and candy. They ask you to stay in your vehicle while it’s being serviced and the pump AC into your car while your waiting. Definitely give these folks a chance to earn your business. They have definitely earned mine.

I zipped my daughters SUV in for a quick oil change and they had me in and out faster than Jimmy Johns

I went to the Jeep and they told me that they lacked half a liter of expressrunner oil in this place they put my old oil and they lacked half a liter. I went to complain and the owner was rude and took me out of the store. They use old oil and do not fill the meter completely
