We’re a busy family with young kids and we usually do our own laundry at home, but every once in a while we get behind and overwhelmed. This place has an excellent wash and fold service that has been a huge help to us on many occasions over the past several years years during busy weeks. The staff is very friendly and kind, great customer service. Happy to support a small family owned business.

This was my first time using this place to have the wash, dry and fold service, when I called last week to see if they offer the service and how much it is, I was told it would be $1.50 per pound, yesterday 9.16.2021 at 10am when I brought the clothes Jimmy told me it will be $1.75 per pound. So I asked him to tell me how much it will be in total to wash the laundry I brought in, and he said I will let you know tomorrow I thought he would weight it first before doing the work, and let me know the price and I will determine if I would agree to pay the amount of not. But to my surprise, I called early this morning at 10:30AM and Jimmy told me the clothes were drying and washing and they would be ready by noon, I asked again why didnt he tell me the price before doing the work, he simply said he will call me back when ready. He calls back to tell me the clothes are ready and it will be $128.00. When I asked why so much he said the weight was almost 70 lbs. He said they weigh the clothes after they are wash, dried and folded. They only take cash. I had no choice but to pay that amount, he will not reweigh the bags in front on me. He basically forced me to pay $128.00. I came home and weighed all the 5 bags he gave me and the clothes on the hanger. all together it came to 56lbs not 70lbs. So I was just robbed. 56lbs at $1.75 would have been 98 not $128.00. He over charged me $30.00. If you ever go there ask to be told the price to pay first before they do the work that was my mistake. Also there is a coin laundry in Hollywood that charges $1.00 per pound. 4 bags weighed 11.4 lbs and 1 bag weighed 10.0 lbs the clothes on the hanger were only 2 lbs.

My fiancé and I have conflicting schedules and no washer and dryers at home, so it’s just easier to have our laundry done by this place. They wash, fold, and it’s always done quickly at a fair price. They’re also very pleasant. It’s a small mom and pop place which makes it even better.

Wrong business hours on the window mislead me, so, was not able to pick my laundry 🧺 on time before they closed.Cost me to buy new nursing uniform for morning shift and 2 hours of extra drive next morning, just because this business did not update they actual hours on the front window

This laundry mat has no sink except for a tiny one in the restroom, the machines are on the expensive end & do not function properly. The washers ate several quarters without giving me credit & the dryers are all either broken or set to some energy saving mode because after an hour we’re still wet. The attendant did not credit me the money that was taken & then rushed us out at the exact minute of closing time despite the fact that our clothes were still significantly wet despite drying small loads on high heat for a little over an hour! I will NEVER return there & do not recommend to anyone

This laundromat should be shut down. Full house. Not ONE employee working here. Everyone is on and off wearing masks as they please. The coin dispenser doesn’t work. No one answers the phone. How does this run itself? Ridiculous.

It be nice if they were bigger, but the crowd thinned out after a while... Maybe have more large capacity washers. But after a while, more dryers were available. Smaller but well managed. The walkways are a little cramped . Only ptoblem I noticed here is space. Everything else is good.

Th e only place in Broward County that makes you wear a mask.....not even Publix or Home Depot require it....wow the sawgrassmall doesnt even require mask and thats 1 of the busy mall in the state

Today, on a very sunny Sunday morning with a 84+ degrees outside (a bit before 11am) and temperature potentially increasing towards noon, the location had air conditioning OFF and customers were sweeting in their backs and foreheads. Owner arrived and when asked, he said: well, i am here right? With an attitude. For some reason owner believe that customer satisfaction wont be affected by decreasing the operational use of the AC unit (just to save few bucks on their electric bill). What they need is competition another coin-laundry place nearby that wont expose their customers to sweety backs and foreheads AND cheaper prices. Believe it or not some coin laundry business charge less money and are located on more expensive neighborhoods. How this owner gets by? Because we loyal customers arent the complaining-type and all we want is to expend the less amount of time in that location. Hope this helps to improve customer service.Update: Wednesday May 12 @ 8pm: temperature inside the place is in the 90s. AC is OFF. People are sweating.Update: Friday June 18@9pm: AC is off again. Over 90 degrees...doors are widely open. What a mediocre service

It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to dry the clothes, and extra $ to make it happen. I dont recommend them

Its old but all equipment works fine. My home washer broke so in the pinch it was very convenient.

All washers use cold water. They do not have hot or warm water. Even though they have the buttons for hot and warm and they tell customers they do have hot and warm water. It’s very easy to tell. Touch the glass to feel the water temp. Same in all machines.

I have been going to this laundry for a while now is the closest one near my house. I like it, the machines are well kept and although not always attended at night time theres plenty of cameras around. Laundry seems always well kept, thought its in the back of the Publix theres not much of traffic to worry about.

This place is the worst laundry I have ever been to. Clothes stay soaked and to dry it cost double maybe triple of the average cost to dry. The owners are extremely rude as well.

This is like the only laundromat that is near where I live. Self service extra large washers ($8.) which I need to launder my comforter. Tucked in behind a Publix shopping center. Opens at 8am - closes 9:30 pm

I just got back from doing 3 huge loads of patio cushions - I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received here! Jessica was wonderful! She was so helpful, diligent with work, great customer service. I will for sure be back. This place is kept clean as well.

Management wavied a $3 storage fee for items I accidentally left (overnight) in one of the Maxi machines (I re-washed the items). Great team, service, and location.

Put clothes in dryer told attendant that dryer wasn’t getting hot. After 30 minutes clothes weren’t dry told attendant (younger guy) he was rude and insisted that dryer was working. I’ve been coming here for a year never had any issues with older gentleman.Young guy was rude, disrespectful told him I wanted my 30 minutes refund. I switched clothes to another machine told me he was giving me only 10 minutes credit. I just spent $25 and he thought it hard to refund my $3. Told him I was going to write review he then opened dryer and took back the 50 cents he had put in. Then had nerve to tell me I could go elsewhere. So much for customer service. This guy is a bad representation of this facility.Rude guy, bad for business no value for customer loyalty.

Clean facility with many washers and dryers. Easy access off State Road 84. Very close to Markham Park for campers needing a place for laundry. They also have a wash, dry, fold service available if you wish to drop and pick up later. Very friendly and helpful staff. Danny and Johnny, brothers, do a great job keeping the place running smoothly. Highly recommend their services. We will use them again.

Run by a family who are VERY hard working and go way beyond the extra mile to take care of the customer. The place is ALWAYS clean, great security camera system, and really competitively priced!

Oddly, I enjoy doing laundry. Not so odd is that I go to the Versailles coin laundry. Friendly staff, nice and clean, reasonable prices. They also have a laundry drop off and pick up, the cost is by the pound. Reasonable. If youre going to go, get the address from the internet and put that address into your GPS because its not clearly visible from the main road. A little convenience store is well hidden right next door for your needs, whatever they might be.

We came here after reading the reviews and visiting Pine Lake in Cooper City. This is a much better laundromat with a change machine that accepts $20, and many machines available that work. I have noticed, that most people like to use the big front loaders, so my advice to all laundromats would be to get more big machines (the ones that cost $4 or $5 a load). We did 2 loads in the big front loaders, and 2 loads in the top loader. Everything came out clean and the dryers worked great.

Horrible experience. Went to Publix next door real quick and come back and saw that the owner just takes your clothes out of the machines. It wasn’t even busy. Don’t worry dude, we won’t use YOUR services here again. Spent $80.00 to do laundry here I haven my had to use a laundromat in years!! Are they all this price?!?!!!

Great place, the building is old and need a paint job but other than that is a nice place, the staffs are friendly and always try to keep the place clean..... it doesnt help that the customers are nasty and make a mess but staffs try to keep it clean anyway.

Best coin laundry Ive been to so far. Super clean, and owner is super nice. Also great price compare to most, and washes and dries just right, unlike most places where you have to keep adding coins to get a good dry. My definite laundry stop when needed.

This is one of my favorite amusement parks I’ve ever been to. There’s only one ride, and it just fills up with water and spins, but it’s very amusing. Idk why people look at me funny but it’s worth the embarrassment 👍

I noticed a review on here from 2 years ago complaining about the cleanliness of the machines and the condition of the place. All I can say is that either the person rated the wrong place or they did renovations since then. The owner did tell me that they replaced all of the washers about 2 years ago.My wife and I drive a truck all over the country and use laundromats frequently. This is one of the best maintained facilities we have ever used! Quiet, clean and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place!

Versailles Coin Laundry is located in a decaying building. Its floor tiles are cracked. The machines are often dirty and as someone else has said, the dryers are terrible. I have gone there several times because it is the only do-it-yourself laundry near Markham Park. One of the sons is personable. However, after using a laundromat in Naples where the dryers were fantastic and I could do 40 pounds of laundry for half the price of Versailles, I have decided to look elsewhere. Even the cost of the extra gas would be worth it to have my laundry completed more quickly and in a better facility. (2014)

Its a nice place. The machines are all new and nice, the washing machines lock until done. $2.50 a load but the washing machines are small‼️ .25 per 5 minutes to dry. Its clean, nobody bothers you. They also have a change machine.11/05/16- Lately the owners are not there on the weekends and they need to be! Machines malfunctioning and nobody here to help.People leaving their washed/dried clothes in the machines while others are waiting to use one. Today one lady just started screaming in Spanish and yanked out someone elses clothes from the drier. Not good....

Just a red-neck girl visiting from central Oklahoma & have to say this seems to be a first rate laundromat! Clean, front load washers that lock for entire cycle, got clothes clean & did so quickl & I am so grateful! Dont wanna hang out at any laundromat any longer than have to, ya know.😆 plus the gentlemen who run it are extremely kind & helpful, sweet added bonus.

We had weeks of laundry (blankets quilts more blankets jeans shoes.) we have been on the road for months we were in and out in about two and a half hours spent just under 25 dollars its in a good neighborhood there were snack machines and attendent. Not bad .floors are fine they have some cracks but there maintain .

We really like this place, the washers are very good, its clean. The dryers some of them doesnt work the best but its ok I highly recommend this place

Very clean laundromat. A little expensive, I find $1 for only 12 mins of drying to be a little much. I used to go to one that was 25 cents per 10 mins. Other wise it is a really clean and nice place, I go here a lot. Washers spin out clothes really well which I like.

I have come here when I have needed a laundrymat for about 23 years! The same owners all this time, it is always kept clean and all the machines are great. The one time I had a problem with a machine the owner quickly took care of the problem (yeah, it was actually my fault, lol).If you want a clean, safe, family-run laundry, Versailles is a great choice.

Decent laundromat, though it can be a bit expensive if you dont portion your clothes out carefully. A few dryers are usually broken which does occasionally lead to a back up. Wifi provided is good. Honestly my biggest complaint is rude/strange customers in the laundromat at times.

When you need a laundry mat, this is where to go. All brand new dryers and washers. Well maintained and very clean, helpful attendants, snack machines and Wi-Fi also make it very convenient. Located just off 595 and Flamingo Road. Fully recommend this place.

Spent 18$ on 2 machines to wash and dry. The place has no air conditioning, some of the fans dont work so no air whatsover, the laundry carts are from the 20th century (again for 18$ for use of 2 machines, youd think theyd have better equipment). Horrible experience! Ghetto like

Property owner is very rude , inatiquit handicap parking with no ramp and partially blocked fire exits . Washers are poorly cleaned with spider webs and dust within equipment..

When I have to much laundry, I drop my clothes In Versailles, and I receive it fold and clean, owners and staff are very friendly.

Left cloths to wash in machine only to come back n they where moved not even washed n in a different machine who does that n the first time put cloths in dryer left for 20 mins cloths where out of the dryer thrown on the washing machine i put 8 quarters in so idk
