She said that it was a great experience he was super nice and professional. And we walked out with a wonderful tasting cupcake. Thanks for the hard work that guy needs a raise and/or a promotion!

This location has always gone above and beyond what I expect from them and always takes great care of me. Chris really proved that to be the ethic of this location this weekend when I came in needing a few inspections and contemplating purchasing a new piece. He was quick and efficient with the pieces we had and carried great conversation throughout our visit. We are a young couple and I noticed he kind of loosened his tie a little when we came in to be on our level which was nice because sometimes these things can be expensive and intimidating. We will definitely be back again!

I brought in my wifes custom designed ring to have a cracked diamond replaced. The salesperson, Autumn, checked with the jeweler and told me that the stone (one of four in the design) was approximately 1/4 carat and that they would replace the stone with one that was similar in color/quality to the cracked stone and that I could pick it up on the coming Friday afternoon. I asked Autumn to make sure that they returned to me the cracked stone when I came to retrieve the ring and she made a note of that request on the service ticket. My plans changed and I couldnt go in on Friday so I went at 2:00pm on Saturday instead. I was greeted by Autumn, and she told me that the ring isnt perfect and if I could return at 7:00pm they would have it just right. (Sadly, this sounded like code for, we havent yet begun to work on the ring but well get right to it. Just give us five hours.)When I returned that evening, the stone clearly didnt come close to matching AND they had changed the finish on the band from a smooth, shiny finish to a matte finish. I never asked them to do that! Why would ANYBODY do such a thing without being asked or without a customers consent? They also didnt have the broken stone with the ring. When I asked for it, the sales girl went and spoke with a jeweler and I watched through the window as he picked up two small pieces of diamond out of a few that were in a small dish and placed them in a small plastic bag. These pieces are a fraction of the size of the replaced stone. Autumn was no longer there so when I asked to speak with the manager, I was introduced to the acting manager, a snarky petite brunette named, Arlene (I think), that was incredibly rude saying, if you want to leave the ring, we can change the diamond to a cloudy stone like the one we replaced. - I kid you not! The original stone was not perfect, but was in no way cloudy and was a closer to clear, white stone than the dingy, gray-looking stone they inserted. Subsequently, I filled out an electronic survey recounting the experience. A week ago, I received a phone call from a guy that introduced himself as Wally, who said he is a regional manager for Jared and that he read the survey that I wrote and that his biggest concern is customer satisfaction and that he was going to personally see to it that the ring was fixed to my satisfaction. He said that he wanted to contact the store manager and would get back to me in a couple of days. Again, that was a week ago and Ive yet to hear from anyone regarding the matter. I have no expectations that the company will do anything to fix the ring at this point as they seem to be devoid of any sense of common courtesy in dealing with customers. So continues the decline . . .Update - About a week after I posted the comments above, I was contacted by the store manger, Annie. My wife and I went in to meet with her and she absolutely could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. I showed her the original appraisal of the ring and it clearly stated the color and quality of each of the stones in the ring. (None of them, including the one that needed replacing was cloudy.) She saw to it the the ring was fixed to our satisfaction and all turned out fine. Thanks again Annie! I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the final outcome of our experience.

We had a horrible experience with store manager Arlene. Me and my wife have been going religiously every six months to service and inspect my wife’s wedding ring since 2017. Due to COVID, we weren’t able to service her ring during the second half of 2020 because they weren’t accepting walk ins, and you had to get on a waiting list just to get an appointment. Needless to say, the stores just opened up recently and we went in to have the ring serviced. Before the ring was even inspected, Arlene told us that we hadn’t been there since 2018 which was not true. When she looked in β€œanother system” magically she pulled it up and we had been in January of 2020. Upon inspection of the ring, Arlene told us that the ring was out of warranty because we never came the last part of 2020 and the ring was damaged in multiple places, diamonds were chipped and that we needed to come out of pocket over $200. I advised her that we didn’t come because the stores weren’t open to the public and they weren’t taking appointments, but she didn’t seem to care. I also told her that we paid for the extended warranty which she said would not cover it because we failed to come within the time frame for inspection. We told her that we were not going to pay for that and we would go somewhere else. She then advised us that if we left she was going to notate the account that we declined to get the ring serviced and that if we tried to bring it in that no one would touch it. We contacted corporate and filed multiple β€œtickets” and spoke with at least 6 different people within a week and never heard back from any of them. Today we decided to go into the Boca location and we were greeted at the door by Neil. I can’t say enough nice things about Neil, as he helped us out and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He cleaned our ring and inspected it and told us that the ring was in perfect condition, and that there was no damage to it. Funny thing was that Arlene marked our account as the ring was lost/stolen, and said the ring was damaged. The service at the this location was horrible, and we will be heading over to the Boca location from now on.

I’ve shopped in the Plantation store many times. Even bought my wedding bands there. I had a horrible experience today. BEWARE their return policy does not state that if you paid cash you only get cash back if the store has any in the registers. Otherwise you get a check that takes 14 days to get to you. The real issue today though was the manager, Arleen. She couldn’t have been any more condescending and rude. Made us feel unwelcomed and when I told her she definitely lost our business she said β€œok” and walked away. After our encounter with the so called manager we called corporate and they did not seem to care much either. The only person that deserves any credit is the girl that handled my phone call, she was nice, apologetic and did her best to get us connected to a manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Totally a huge disappointment! Please all you customers who shop for expensive watches, this place lies and cheats people, let me explain we have bought brand name watch from this place, and when it went for service fount out that they did not send it to the manufacture like they said but to a sister company that does and is not warranted by the watch company. after finding this out Jarrod did refund money but then we had to pay an additional fee to get the correct watch with serial number and model number, gave them a second chance and after all this they did it again yup they do not deserve will never return what a joke, the sad part is that they have a gentle man and a few employees that are sweet and honest not their management by no means........

I have been going to this store for years and have spent a lot of money. I customized a pair of earrings for my daughter on Thursday and was told I could pick up my order by Saturday. I stopped by today Sunday to pick up my order and a young lady barely opened the door and stuck her head out stating that I needed to wait because they were at maximum capacity. I told her I would come back and when I did I waited 5 minutes at the door without having anyone come to the door to let me know what was the status. I am extremely upset and disappointed there needs to be a better system for pickup orders in place for customers. I don’t understand it literally takes less than 5 minutes to get my order or just even tell me if it’s ready or not instead of making me stand outside and wait. I understand the business must follow guidelines to maintain safety But also keeping in mind customer service. It will probably be the last time I shop at a Jarred store again.

I Came in to replace my wedding rings that were stolen from my home. My original setting was 9 years old and I knew they no longer carried it. I tried to look for a new one but couldn’t bear it. Daniel and the assistant GM (I’ve forgotten his name) contacted the original vendor and were able to find me the last original setting that was made. While they aren’t the original rings, I’m so happy to look down and have back what I feel are β€˜my rings’. Thank you for your excellent service and compassionate response to a very emotional time.

BUYER BEWARE i have been lied to and misled. I ordered a custom engagement ring. It has been 16 months. Completely paid for the jewelry and they still havent gotten it right. Last time i was in the store. The manager told me she wouldnt help me after promising a refund if im not happy. No refund and no help. They have stolen my money at thos point. Might have to hire a lawyer. Beware of Arlene S Chang. She will lie to you at any cost.

I met with Natalie and Arlene to design the ring of my dreams. I was never expecting the both of them to really be that attentive and really forthcoming with me and my finances needs. They really have amazing customer service and i have never been so impressed. Arlene really knows what she is talking about and definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a customized ring. Im giving it two stars only because they did give me what I ordered online pretty quickly but as soon as that was done they completely ignored me I was hoping to buy two or three charms for my moms new pandora necklace but everyone ignored me there was at least four sales associates standing around doing nothing absolutely ignoring another two customers who wanted to buy something also I dont know if its because I was still in my work uniform or what but thats no reason to ignore a customer Im here to buy not waste their time so why are they wasting mine I left without buying anything else I think Ill just return what I bought and go to a much better jeweler that actually cares about me as a customer Pandora can thank Jared the jewelry galleria for a new customer clearly my money is spend better elsewhere

So I went to this location on 11/18/19. There was someone standing at the door when I pulled in. I park, get out of the car, go to the door, and its locked. So I left. I call, at 11:13am, someone answered, I ask their hours of operation. The lady says they are open till 5pm. I asked if the Plantation store is open now, she says yes. But that they lock the doors until about noon. I said well no one let me in when I was just there. And she hung up on me. Thats fabulous customer service. Dont go here. They are incredibly rude. This is not the first time Ive dealt with this kind of attitude here.

I had good experiences here. They still took care of me when I came in my work clothes (which isnt pretty) very friendly and yes they do push the higher end on you. I also will say they kinda make you feel like you dont really love your wife if your not spending 10k on a necklace and diamonds and more diamonds. But if you hold your ground and tell them straight up they did back down and ended up being very helpful.

I went 2 weeks ago to buy an enlargement ring using a family diamond from my grandmother, and one of the new managers spend 3 hours with me, paying attention to every detail and finally she draw a beautiful design that came our exactly as her drawing. We had a very bad experience with my wifes first engagement ring setting, purchased from a local jeweler (not Jareds). Anibal came to our rescue and was with us every step of the way to ensure we were completely happy with the new setting for my wifes ring. When we got married, we worked with Anibal again to help create a custom wedding band for my wife and the process was seamless. I am not sure why there are such bad reviews for this location. Perhaps they didnt get the opportunity to work with Anibal. I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location so long as Anibal is there to help us! :)

A++++ !!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location. I called here to see if they had a pandora bracelet I was looking for and the sales person Carmen was so extremely helpful. After I arrived, she was so welcoming and considerate with what I was looking for. I wanted to do an exchange so I know she wasn’t even profiting from my purchase. But she was still so very thoughtful and friendly. The manager was very nice and went around to greet all the customers when he arrived. I thought this was very very personable. This is definetly the location to visit and put your money into. They make you feel as if your buying jewelry from a long time family member.

My fiance got my ring two years ago from here, it was a custom made pearl / diamond ring. I have had nothing but horrible experiences, the band broke, the diamonds fell out, the pearl fell out. We would drive thirty minutes here to get them to fix it, they would fix it and then a month later it happened again. We did this for two years until we finally had enough and asked for them to give us a completely different ring, we dealt with so many people who just didnt care and didnt want to deal with it. We were given excuse and excuse about why it cant be done and were told to just deal with it. We completely gave up, I was absolutely destroyed looking down at this ring that wasnt what I had first picked out, it was changed so many times to be more durable. Until we decided to try again one last time and ran in to Sandy Szymonowicz. From the very second we walked in she was a breath of fresh air. She sat and listened to us explain every detail and actually listened to our concerns. She took complete control of the situation and took care of absolutely everything with such grace and dignity. She made me fall in love with Jareds all over again, she made me leave that store excited and hopeful. I have never in my life experienced such PERFECT customer service than hers. She is the reason I will be back for every single jewelry need, she is the reason I will brag about Jareds to everyone who will listen. Thank you so much for hiring someone who is so amazing at their job. Thank you, Sandy Szymonowicz!!!!!!

We went here to purchase a mans wedding band and decided on a tungsten ring. We ordered a size 14 and the sales rep said he wasnt sure if manufacturer could make that size and would let us know. We put money down on 4.15.17 and 5 weeks later still hadnt heard any word. We called the store to check status and the manager said the ring was never ordered because the manufacturer could not make size. Well it would have been nice if the store called us to let us know in a timely manner. Now we only have 5 weeks before wedding date to get him a ring and have very few options if any. The manager of this store was not willing to help in any way or offer any discounts and to top it off his staff member got on the phone with us to get our number so the manager could call back and she was SO rude. I do not recommend this store or any of its chains. They store is only interested in upselling you and DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I dont care what JARED sells, its beyond it.I was waiting for a bus and it just started raining, I went to the closest building (it was this Jared) for a shelter, but there was none, I just stayed close to the building near the entrance. No body cared I was standing at the entrance, and it was OK, I wasnt expecting anything. But then, the woman (a Jared employee) peeked out and asked me how I stuck there. She even offered me a free umbrella in exchange for a membership. I was pretty much wet, and needed an umbrella, and she wants a membership????I said Forget it I didnt say do you even have a decency to offer me a shelter without talking about a stupid membership? And she said OK and left me wet in the rain.It was so snobbish, unkind, heartless and stupid. If I ever need to buy a ring or whatever, I will never go to this store with such an idiot employee.

I went in to get my ring sized and it was a terrible experience. From the second I walked in, the customer service was awful. I walked in and after I stood there for a minute and a man approached me and said What can I help you with?. No Hello or Welcome to Jared. I told him my ring was too big and I needed it sized (third time in 2 months). He proceeded to tell me I didnt need it sized until I asked for a manager. The manager came over and was more accommodating. The man then began the paperwork and just handed me a yellow form and walked away. I began to fill out what I assumed was right. He was on the computer and kept telling me my fiances name wasnt in the computer. I kept telling him he bought it at a different location but I had come to this same location to get it sized a few weeks ago. After 10 mins of arguing with me about the month he bought it, he finally found him in the system. Then he proceeds to ask me how much it costs. I obviously didnt buy my engagement ring so how would I know? He then goes on to say oh ok I see he spent $325. I immediately was furious he said any price because thats just common sense not to tell someone how much their ring cost and I know he didnt spend $325. I asked him why that even mattered or why he would even say anything at all. He ignored me and kept talking to himself about the price. After all the paperwork he took my ring and left with it without saying a word. I went home and told my fiance what happened so he called to talk to the manager. The man who helped me answered the phone and stated his name was Paul (which he never told me) and said he helped me. He then went on to say HE was the manager which clearly he wasnt. My fiance said he would call back tomorrow when a real manager was working. The following day I went in to get my ring back and Paul was working again. He walked by my fiance and I and said Here to get your ring and kept walking to the back. He retrieved my ring and handed it to me and said nothing. I signed the paper and he walked away. So rude and so unpleasant!!! Ill never return to that location EVER again.

Linda the lady I was working with made me feel very uncomfortable shopping at this location. As I walked in she felt that she needed assistance to show me engagement rings.(There was a couple next to us that didn’t have anyone standing and watching as they were shown products)The general manager G. Jack Comparato was the man standing over us. I had just left from the Jared’s on Pembroke Pines. They had far better service and treatment of potential clients. I came to this location to see if they had a larger selection of diamonds. I will never buy anything from this store, I’m still considering purchasing from the location in Pembroke Pines. This location just gave me a very bad taste of Jared’s. Every time I ever stepped into a Jared’s I was offered water obviously not this one. Ps I’m black male maybe this made something to do with it. My suggestion find a different location.

Terrible customer service and terrible management. Sales people pre-qualify customers when they walk in and do not help customers in the order that they arrive. I walked in today for something simple and waited for 30 minutes, while watching others that arrived after I did receive help, and left without being helped. I put my name on a list when I arrived, so I know that they knew I was waiting. I wanted something simple today (links taken out of a watch band), so they may not have cared today but I will definitely shop elsewhere when I want to purchase an engagement ring, a new watch, or jewelry.Absolutely terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend Jared to anyone. There are a lot of jewelers out there and the only thing that separates them is customer service.
