Love this gym, it’s very clean with several cleaning stations fully stocked all around the gym. Huge area available so you’re not on top of the next person trying to work out. Wet friendly and helpful staff. Affordable monthly cost with no contract. Very extensive list of virtual work outs including yoga and breath work!! I love this gym 😃 Steve assisted me when I purchased my month to month plan. He was very helpful and informative.PS- Right now due to covid guidelines they are not open past 11pm. But they are usually open 24 hours.

I came in this Sunday around 2 pm, I don’t have a membership but I was willing to pay out of pocket to use gym/ sauna for the day. ( young girl at front desk, refused my business and said I can only use the Gym if I buy a membership with her. I Have never heard of that in my life. No manager present in the whole gym is what (front desk) told me. Basically said if I don’t want to spend the money on a membership you can’t work out. I have been a customer of this location for years. Interesting how there’s a whole big Gym with many people yet no management anywhere. Sad experience considering I used to like this gym.

Today I was coming in as a guest to see if I could get a pass to really try the gym out and experience what the gym had to offer, even if it were for a few days. I was considering joining.When we asked about a pass, instead of providing us with one, the manager tried to upsell the member who bought me in as a guest for an additional $20.00 dollars a month.When we informed the manager that all we wanted to do was just get me a pass so that I could try it out, the manager said it couldnt be done without the additional monthly increase.We then let him know that we came in the same car, (hoping that he would be cool and just let me in with a pass so that I didnt have to be sitting there doing nothing,) he didnt care. Not one bit. He just stood there looking at us indifferent. As if to say And your point is??Once I realized that the gyms policy is not to care if you had to sit in their facility doing nothing because a member wouldnt allow themselves to be up sold, I made myself comfortable at one of their sales stations and did some work.Im glad I had my back pack with my laptops so that I could get some work done. If it werent for that I would have had to sit there doing nothing.I think any facility that has management that doesnt care about denying access to members guests simply because they werent able to charge a member an extra $20.00 a month should not be a place anyone would want to go.Way to go with that excellent customer service 24 hour, way to go.

FALSE ADVERTISING! 24 Hour Fitness implies theyre open 24 hours... but theyre STILL not. After years of working out there, theyre now worthless and useless to me and many others.

First time back to the gym in 16 months. The staff needs to step up and demand people keep masks on the entire time they are inside. Five staff including 2 managers gathered at the front desk and no one saw people going with no mask upstairs working out. Its not enough that they demand people walk in the front door with a mask on. The staff needs to do better to protect all of us and demand that the few keep their masks on. Please post someone upstairs to keep us all safe.

I have been coming here since 1997 and it is like a home away from home for me. I have loved so many of the classes that I have taken. The reason for the 4 stars is lack of cleaning. During CoVID the gym smelled fresh and you could tell it was sprayed and cleaned more often. Now it is back to smelling very damp and some areas of floor near upstairs womens bathroom have bad odors. (almost like sewer smell) The carpets need cleaning. The floors need better mopping. Hopefully these issues can be corrected.

I am writing to complain about the poor experience I had at your gym today and the unacceptable response from the manager Jessie Rodriguez.I have been working out for over 7 years now and have been a member of several fitness institutions. As well as being a guest of family and friends at their own gyms.As you can understand a morning workout is important to many. It allows us to prepare ourselves mentally and physically for the challenges we may face throughout the day. Unfortunately, due to my experience today it started my day off on the wrong foot.I was an active member at the Miramar location but recently I have decided to go to your gym in Plantation. Three weeks ago, I renewed my membership for the full year in the amount of $350 and I have visited the gym several times now without any incident. This morning the manager Jessie was at the desk doing check in and he was having a hard time scanning my mobile device. Once scanned I proceeded to enter and start my workout, but he abruptly stopped me and stated my membership was not active. I questioned that immediately as I had just renewed and paid the annual fee. He was very rude and standoffish when I told him that was definitely a mistake. As this was happening another staff member came over and was able to locate my information and corrected the manager to state that my membership was active. Rather than admitting his error he tried to imply this was due to my negligence in not updating my contact information.I decided to enter and begin my workout, but I decided to ask an employee for the name and position of said manager. At that moment Jessie decided to raise his voice, even though I was not directing the question to him and answered rudely that he was the manger of that employee. Which I believe to be extremely rude and unprofessional. It was moments later that Presley came over to speak to me and offer an apology over what had just occurred. While I appreciate his effort, it wasn’t for him to apologize for the unprofessional behavior of his manager.I expect to receive a full explanation regarding this matter. I hope that you would take this complaint seriously.

This Location is always quiet and most importantly Clean. Lots of equipment, and areas to work out in, including two private dance rooms, and also a Pool

This place used to be great when it had tanning beds and a place to get an after workout smoothie but now paint is peeling everywhere, garbage cans are overflowing and it looks like the place is falling apart.

There is little to no attention paid to managing the guests coming into this place. People are coughing, some dont have masks on, the towel dispensers are empty in the ladies restrooms most times...what about air quality? Since the time restriction was lifted, it feels like this location has thrown all caution to the air. Be more responsible and take your jobs and obligation to keeping this community safe more seriously. Its unbelievable...how hard is it really? You cant just announce over the speaker that masks are mandatory and not enforce it!

The last time I went there it wasn’t super clean. That’s actually a reflection on all of 24 hour fitnesses I have been to. Some are clean some aren’t. And all of the older air conditioners look dirty.I’m also suppressed no one has sued 24 hour fitness for false advertising and not being open 24 hours, which is what it’s name is.

Great gym, very clean, helpful friendly staff

I like the protocols they have in place during Covid-19 such as scheduled workout time, temperature readings upon entry, and scheduled cleanings. IMO they could do better in enforcement of wearing mask during workout by having a staff member periodically inspect the gym floor, and many members could better with social distance practice. Definitely enjoy my workouts there; always have.

This 24Fitness gym is substantialy we’ll maintain and a great place to work out.I come from California with Sport membership. Most have a pool with three lanes, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. I am a swimmer and this facility is in tip top shape. They have upgraded the pool area and I did enjoy their work.The work out room upstairs is well layout and all machine are working and keep maintenance up to date.I have been working out here for over a week and it is a great place.

The original 24 fitness we were going to in Plantation canceled the kids club. We had bought 4 memberships from Costco for our family of 4. We were forced to change to the super club and wouldn’t have minded it. Upon going there (the super club) during the holiday season, we were told it ( by one of the managers) it would have been 10$ extra. That was wrong. When came back to actually sign up, after the holiday season, apparently it was 40$ extra per person for my whole family except for the person the kids club was attached to. That manager gave us the 10$ figure without looking at my contract which said Costco. Apparently they wouldn’t honor Memberships bought at Costco. So I called Costco and of course, in true Costco fashion, they returned ALL my money! IN FULL!!! That’s why Costco will always have my business and the four of us will never step foot in a 24 hour fitness!! Customer service goes a long way. If these memberships would have been honored, we would have stayed with 24. But they lost not one but 4 members! That’s the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

Lots of room and a great variety of classes

This is one of the nastiest gyms I have been to. Honestly, Im surprised with the mask mandates and temperature check as you enter because of COVID, you would think theyd keep it clean. The womens bathroom toilet is being held up by a 4 PVC pipe.....dont waste your money here.

Had a terrible and overall funny experience coming here. I go to school in Orlando but have lived here and still live here locally my whole life. I came one day to workout with my brother who is a member and as we were discussing with the assistant manager for me to sign up for a 3 day pass as soon as I mentioned I got to school in Orlando and not currently residing locally (even though I’m also a local resident and only live in Orlando for school) the meathead manager refused me a simple guest pass to try out the gym with my brother and was overall extremely rudeWhat a joke, I wonder how many potential customers you’ve lost by doing that and by being so rude

I’ve never left a review before... but Ignore the 1 star reviews. I’ve been a member at YouFit, LA Fitness and Planet. This is by the far the best gym and customer service I’ve experienced. The turf area is amazing. Plenty of machines. You will enjoy working out here. I always feel welcomed.

Assistant manager told me I cannot use the trial even though Im graduating in 3 months and would be working locally. I was planning on getting a membership when I returned, but not anymore. Never had such horrible customer service in a gym. I sincerely hope corporate looks toward remedying this issue with this particular employee; its just not good business. LA fitness just got another customer.

I feel safe here. I seen them clean and sanitize the equipments. I love coming to this gym, and the staff are friendly.

The only reason I go to this gym is because its incredible close and open 24 hours. Aside from the training area downstairs, theres absolutely nothing special here. Once LA Fitness re-opens, Ill be cancelling my membership immediately.The facility itself is clearly old, and reeks of must and sweat when entering. The majority of the machines are terribly antiquated and are not properly maintained. Several of the numbers have faded off the weight stacks, and most are rusted and dirty. The floor is CLEARLY never cleaned, and dust clods, hair, and other things that belong in the trash. can be seen all over the place, especially gathered around the base of the machines.The studios rooms are no better. Yogis beware, as youll be exposed to tons of hair and dust as your hands and feet move on and off the mat. Bring your own broom if you want a clean floor.

Been coming here for 2 years. Nice and usually clean. Staff is friendly. Wait times for certain equipment aren’t bad. I really like it here. Only thing they could do better, is keep paper towels stocked. Not uncommon to have all but 1 empty. Also replace the broken squirt bottles instead of moving them around like musical chairs. Like any gym, people can’t count, so dumbbells are tough to find. Other than that, good place to workout.

Ive been at this gym now for a little over a year, maybe 2. I like the new cross fit area, but it is suffering from the same problem as the rest of the gym. People are not re-racking their weights or any equipment that they are using. When I am upstairs I look up and always see dust and who knows what else on the ceiling, and it is right by where the AC comes out. I have worried about getting an infection or something from all these. It is frankly disgusting. When I come in the gym there is maybe only one trainer that has ever greeted me, the people at the front are usually too busy talking amongst themselves when they should be helping to clean or re-rack things. I greet people when I come in, I smile, but I dont get the same treatment. I like the pool area, but it is gross. They need to understand that cleaning is very important and maintaining a clean environment will boost their sales and ranking. Customer service would not hurt either. Please take this into consideration. The price they charge is not worth it.

I just switched to this location due to a move and I’m disgusted with this gym. The Equipment is old and there’s a lack of maintenance on this gym. I couldn’t find cleaner or paper towels to wipe down my equipment either. I’m definitely searching for another 24 hour gym.

I used to be a member here. I remember now why I terminated my membership. I was refused a 3 day guest pass because I’m not a resident and could not provide a local ID. I love training and to be excluded from an activity I enjoy doing is pathetic and terrible for business. Also the equipment is awful, the manager is apathetic and the trainers (except for 1-2) are arrogant and insecure betas. If you’re reading this you’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

The reason I go to this gym is because its the closest gym thats open 24 hours. They have plenty of equipment and space. I love the CrossFit area on the first floor and its the most updated space in the gym.Cant give this place more than 3 stars though. The cleanliness is terribly lacking. Locker rooms and bathrooms are quite disgusting. The workout equipment is almost always dirty (and dated). The staff are OK, though not super friendly.Considering how many people go to this gym I would think they would put some money into renovations. The space is nice and 24 hours open is a win. Update the space, or at least clean it really well, and this could easily be a 5-star location.

After coming here since high school back in 2015, I came back from college to sign up again. Sad to say the manager, James Jourdan, completely discouraged me from ever coming here again. For some reason, I wasn’t allowed to use the free trial and he wanted to charge me $40 for 2 weeks of use instead of the standard 3-day trial. Seems like he was just trying to make an extra buck. Be weary!

Good spot in terms of their equipment. However, they have garbage customer service. 24 hour should mean 24 hour but that isnt true. I came to buy a day pass for the second time because my other gym was closed and they refused to sell it to me. I asked the lady to just let me give her the cash so she can just ring it up when the system opens up again. She refused and was rude about it. I asked her if she could understand that I would rather workout than go to a club because I had a rough day. She responded with good for you. Her name was Mona and she is probably just doing what her superiors told her to do, but she could have been less rude about it. On top of that 24 hour fitness should honor their name and just let somebody buy a dang day pass anytime of the day. Or they should change their name.Omar

The only benefit to this place is that its 24 hours. Thats the ONLY benefit. They dont keep the womens bathroom clean, the floors are always dirty, and the showers always have hair built up in the drain. The cleaning staff needs to be fired. They also lack in security. My car was broken into in their parking lot this morning which happens to be the week of my wedding. After leaving storage, I decided to get a quick work out in, and someone stole my fiances cologne which was boxed in a package, his necklace, my passport, wallet, my laptop which was in my back pack and my marriage license. After calling the police, one of the staff members notified me that this happens all the time. I figured, well hey, they must have cameras in the parking lot if this happens all the time but NOPE! They have no surveillance in a high rated crime spot, yet they can charge $500+ per year for their membership! They have disappointed me time and time again and today was the final straw!

I had a terrible expirence here! I thought I was the only one but I see the manager James has been rude and misleading to other customers. My family has used this gym ever since I could remember and I finally wanted to take a step towards the right fitness direction. I was denied access to the basic trial and was being manipulatively charged well over the standard monthly rate to just try the gym for a day! I’ve never felt so scammed and disrespected lost another customer here!

As a mother of 3 I am always concerned about the gyms with play areas for children. My kids used to enjoy the kids club in that gym, but now instead of good large zone it is a small room that would hardly fit more than 15 children, which could be a problem if more than 6-7 families with 2-3 children arrive at the same time to workout . That was very disappointing to see that little kids closet (pardon club). The gym itself is very good, classes are great, wish they had more Les Mills ones though..

Not a bad gym but this jacuzzi has been down for over a month now. For context their entire renovation took maybe 2 months. And by renovation I mean new tile and restructuring walls etc. This is completely unacceptable. If you look at the picture, the caution tape hasnt even moved in that time. Meaning nobody is doing anything.. OVER A MONTH!Update: Now its entirely closed. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room. Big piles of sand and bricks.Hey what are they doing?I dont know. They said it will be finished on the 16th.At first I thought, three days, not too bad. Theyre prolly just fixing some stuff. Guess what.. The 16th is over. No progress. Lets see if my credit card gets billed. Bet ya that works perfectly!

Ive joined other gyms with a similar payment structure as Crunch and I would say its one of the best. The equipment variety is top notch and they have a lot of features other gyms dont.

The staff is very unfriendly especially Heather I have never met such a rude employee. I came in for the free 3 day pass to test out the gym as I have read about the uncleanliness. So I wanted to check things out before signing up since this gym has a very low rating for rude lazy employees and uncleanliness appearance. She was extremely rude and told me that she could not honor the three day pass. Then she told me she does not work on commission and really wasnt very helpful in signing me up. I guess if you arent getting more money to sign someone up it really doesnt matter to them if more people join their gym. But isnt that what she is supposed to be getting paid for. The manager really needs to look into how these employees treat new members as people will join other gyms. The equipment is old and outdated and they definitely need a remodel. They have a great location but need to update their appearance to draw in new members. Whoever is running this place needs to employ people that want to work not people that just sit around for a paycheck.

The facility had a major makeover in December 2016. Very comfortable place to work out. Great deadweights good variety of machines and clean environment. I also take spinning classes and theyre just fine.

Ive been a member here for a little over 4 years. Great customer service, friendly environment and I consider this to be my second home, I cant see myself going to any other gym. But unfortunately Im only giving it a 4 star due to towels and weights being all over the place

As others have mentioned the only benefit to this gym is that it is open 24 hours. Weights are all over the floor, equipment is not managed or kept up and the bathrooms are disgusting. I have to say this is the worst gym I have ever been to and I am military so I have been to multiple 24 hour fitness gyms all over the country. To top it off the staff is beyond rude, if you have a question good luck getting an answer. If you need to call regarding your bill or other information good luck getting someone or getting a call back. If you want to get training be prepared to deal with people who just do not care and spend more time on their phones then paying attention to their customer. The management is horrible they will just brush you off and expect you to deal with it. I can honestly say there are better gyms in the area for a better price. Be warned that this gym is not worth the money or the time.

**** 24 hour fitness The amount of money you spend there in a year can be used to buying one of your own basic work out sets. They have HORRIBLE customer service and their main phones only work on M-F 8-5 yet they preach being able to flexible for your hours. They also will continue to move the date you made your first payment to earlier in the month. The place is always packed unless its very late or Saturday or Sunday. Youre better off picking a cheaper gym membership.

Transplant from California. Have never been to a 24 hour fitness gym that was sooooo clean and new equipment. Management is extremely caring like this was their home. People go out of their way to help members. I am at the gym 6 days a week so I see the cleaning crew and maintenance people working all the time. I wish other gyms were this nice.

The personal trainers are really rude. They will take your weights, that your useing as soon as you put them down to rest. If get off a machine for on sec they run up and take it over with there customer there training just standing there. Wondering why your mad. Ok gym, but the ppl working there are rude for the most part

Laziest neighborhood I ever been in. No one re-racks their weights. It’s embarrassing. The a/c doesn’t seem to work because it’s 80 degrees inside. And, lastly the young girl up front told me I couldn’t use cash to pay my membership. What? Are you serious? So, I went to the next closest location and they took my cash. I hate employees that straight up lie. Bad service.

I had a horrible experience going to 24 hour fitness. I signed up by email for a three day pass and was refused entry because I was not a plantation resident. The email did not state that and the manager would not make an exception. Even though I am moving to plantation my license has not been changed yet and the manager would not make an exception after I drove to try out this gym. This makes my decision easier to never join 24 hour fitness. Business lost for them.

The cleaning guy is sleeping or closing his eyes on the bench outside he should be inside cleaning the locker rooms!!! they are filthy the floors need to be pressure cleaned and the showers next to the hot tub and steam room need to be scrubbed! why is this being ignored??? Terrible Experience. Gym smells horrible, the temperature is like 50 degrees in there and when you try to cancel the membership they give you the run around. When you sign up they treat you like royalty and when cancel your membership they do everything possible so you dont cancel, such as telling you the manager is out a few days (supposedly he is the only one that can do it (yea right), but anyone can sign you up).AVOID THIS PLACE. PLENTY OF OTHER BETTER CHOICES AROUND.

Im still new to working out and my schedule is hectic so I am glad I have a membership with them since theyre always open. I wish there was one more east since driving down from Wilton Manors area can be much at times. Its a little out of my way but I make it work.

Both were lies then they told me I could cal corp.. after 20 minutes on hold they told me they couldnt do anything and to cancel would cost like $175 which is the remaining time left on a contract I was unaware I even signed .

Beyond pissed of with the sales reps... I work in sales and know how u should deal with a customer who has questions and you guys do not know how to speak to someone. I called just wanting to know if they offer Zumba classes and what membership would include them... because I am shilling around for gyms for my husband and I, I have never been rushed off a phone so fast and the guy spoke to me so fast like he was a robot made me feel so unwanted and I will do not be looong to sign up with this gym anytime soon even tho I was really going to pick them.

Stuff is so old. Staff is scary they play Angry loud Rock skin head music. The attitude of the staff is as if they could care less what happens in there and mark my words one of those guys looks as if he may go postal one day. To many creepy dudes in here. I was a member of yours for over 10 years. I was told two years ago I would be put on auto pay. For some reason this year the auto pay did not work. I was never sent any kind of notice saying the autopay was not functioning or that I now had a payment due. You got rid of my membership and would not allow me to pay my missed payment, you wanted to do a new contract with a new price which was a lot more then my original contract. I have called several times and spoken to many many people about this through my local Plantation gym as well as your corporate number. You apologized and told me unfortunately a new price would be implemented for a new membership. I was promised to receive a link to my email with the new agreement, which I wouldve considered resigning for a minimal increase. Needless to say, conveniently a new agreement never made it into my e-mail, which was promised months ago. Every time I call regarding this email, they do not deny the fact it was promised. They just choose to blow me off with you will get it soon. I think 24hour fitness are thieves, your customer service is atrocious, all you do is read and follow a script given to you by corporate! I would never recommend your company to anyone, your company has zero loyalty to long standing customers and I would never give you another dime till the day I die! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!! If you are someone looking for a gym do not make the mistake I made with signing up with them, they dont care about their customers, all they care about is making some money! Go to LA fitness, go to Planet fitness, go to any gym but this crooked company. I am disgusted with 24hour fitnesss customer service, especially being in the service industry. Im just moving to the area and liked the looks of the gym from their web page. I came in and asked for a tour and they took one look at my foreign drivers license and refused to even show me around. Apperently you cant get a tour without local ID. I dont know if theyre predjudiced or just dont want customers who they cant flood with junk mail and spam.

AC doesnt work properly and it gets so hot I have to cut my workouts off short. They just renovated it too, you would think something as important as the AC would be addressed.

Really rude staff. Very dirty. Most machines are broken at any given time. What a shame. The employees in this location just dont seem to care about anything. The air condition is set very high, so you are sweating all the time, used paper towels all over the place, dirty restrooms. The front desk staff on Tuesday March 20th at 9:30 - the monkey man with more muscles than brain and a woman were the rudest people I have ever dealt with and should not be in customer care!!! If any of my employees treated customers this way, they would be replaced immediately! Cancelling membership and getting a new gym!!!

Maybe the best/nicest 24 hour fitness I have visited in my 11+ years as a member.

Amazing equipment..never crowded the hours are great you can workout anytime

After a couple years here, I recently ended my membership.This isnt a great gym. I put up with it for a while because the membership fees are relatively affordable and its close to my home. I also dont have time to go that often anyway.However, the biggest problem I had was with the classes. Too many times I wasnt able to attend a class because it was too crowded, or the class was canceled altogether without any notice.I decided it was worth it to find another place even if it means paying a little more. I need the gym to relieve stress - not create more of it.

It nice due to the renovations, but the AC is barely on, I get tired after the first 10 minutes of working out. The customer service people are no help even though i told them about the AC situation a few times.

Finally I got the habit and discipline to go to the gym in a daily basis...love this place

Originally i liked it. Then I started to notice they never mop, disinfect the floor or equipment. So I spend much time trying to wipe the equipment off. Also car windows are broken into, mine was in February. I started having to bring my belonging inside with me, but storing in lockers (without inspecting the locker)..... watch out for what’s in them, and the ceiling. La cucaracha ya se puede caminar hasta la entrada de tu gym bag. So had to put my bags in bags, probably people call me the “bag lady” . Oh and watch the charges may increase.

Great facility! So much machines of varieties to use and its very positive at this facility

If you want a fitness center that is out dated this is it! You will be sure to always find something that doesnt work. Treadmills, steppers, TVs, not to mention the attachments to hear the TV audio... good luck with that. Its pretty smelly and if you go about 9:AM you are sure to find a screamer ! Outside is usually a good sign of what to expect inside. Garbage all through the parking lot!

24fit has done a fabulous job with the renovations all machines are brand new and they totally refreshed the place and created a the plyometrics area downstairs near the kids room very nicely done

Great place, clean and its never too busy. I wish they had WiFi though!
