The young man seemed confused when I told him why I was there… he said there was nothing they could do about my phone charger cord (which I figured; I went because of dynex CS) Before leaving I decided to speak to the young lady at customer service who informed me dynex was a BB brand and I could get an exchange up to 1 year. The young man from geek squad apologized and processed my exchange.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My iPhone issue was resolved in a timely manner and the agents were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I believe Agent Raymond fixed my iPhone yesterday. At first, they were unable to run diagnostics on my iPhone but they didn’t give up and tried other new methods. It worked ! I’m so thankful and impressed ! Also Agent Natalie was very nice and professional! Excellent customer service! She helped me with my iPhone screen protector as well and did an excellent job ! I will definitely return to this Best Buy just for this experience ! Thank you guys !

Theyve always taken good care of me and any issues here. The warranty plans are great.

Waste of time, brought in my computer for them just to try to turn my laptop on, tell me it’s an internal issue most likely and that they can’t do anything about it. What is the point of GS if they don’t do anything to fix the issue.

One star is by far too good for them. Totally useless service. I would suggest throwing your electronics in the trash before going there.

I love this Best Buy store and the the Geek Squad is great! Philip is great at making me feel like hes got my back and I dont have to stress. I walk in and he always has a smile with a solution. Highly recommend.

Awful experience! Went in to see what was wrong with my laptop. Waited over an hour before I was even acknowledge. Granted I was just a walk in. But still that is ridiculous.I sent my laptop in because I was under the impression that damages were covered by warranty, turns out it wasnt. So it would cost me over half of the price of my laptop. Definitely not worth it so I declined the repair.Turns out I still have to pay $35 to have geek squad put me through all that hassle?! Ridiculous! Never coming back to geek squad for anything. Useless bunch of people.

My sons Microsoft pro froze. Called and geek squad walked him through resolution in less than 5 mins. Excellent.

The Geek Squad is the best safety net a non-techy could have!

Do not go there these guys just don’t want to help you it will make any excuse but you do not drop all your stuff I mean I’ve been there three times just for a simple screen repair and it’s still not done and the funny part is is covered with AppleCare I’m paying the deductible but these guys are so incompetent so ignorant so arrogant and I think the other person is stupid to talk down to you.

I have used geek squad at least 10 times now. first off make an appointment or plan on waiting a long time .The help is hit or miss today was a good visit I have had some rude and some very helpful.
