I have been coming to Elena‘s for decades and have sent family members here as well. . She has helped me through the years with many of my personal as well as professional projects. I recently had to bring in a formal gown that was altered professionally at a retail store very unsatisfactory even after many attempts. Elena and her associate listened to my concerns and complaints and figured out the problem. They were able to fix it perfectly and expertly! They are a true talent!

Elena was extremely professional and was able to get me in at the last minute without batting an eye. I needed my MOH dress altered in a week, and she made it happen in 4 days. The dress fits perfect now and alterations were much more affordable than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on! Thanks Elena!

I initially rated this business with 1 star for customer service. When more than one person kept recommending, I gave it another shot for a dress alteration. Ms. Elena is a nice lady that unfortunately does not give a great first (or second) impression...she barely said hello. However, she does great work. She altered my dress impeccably at a fair price and got great compliments on my dress.

Let me begin by saying that I have been coming to Elena for years now...I left an expensive shirt prior to the pandemic that needed alterations(around the ending of March). When I went back after we started opening in phases in June, Elena states she doesn’t have my shirt. I asked her why and what happened? She stated since I didn’t pick up in months, she discards of the clothes left in overdue pick up. I explained to her the obvious of the closure of everything due to the COVID-19 pandemic and unable to pick up but her vague and rude response was “ you never called and I don’t have time for games”. Please note, I NEVER received a phone call from her and when I called to pass by, no one would pick up. I decided just to pass by and see if she was opened and she was there. Avoid taking anything expensive to this place and just don’t waste your time here since you also have to deal with her unnecessary attitude and lack of professionalism even though she is in the wrong. She didn’t even offer to give me my deposit back.

I have had several items altered here and Ive been very pleased with her work. Turnaround time is reasonable (around a week) and prices are very fair. I return to her again and again!

Zero stars. Her attitude is horrible. I walked in, not even a Hi or How can I help you. I should have known better than to proceed, but I allowed her to fix my oversized pants. She didnt do what I asked of her the first time, I had to go back a 2nd and 3rd time. She was reluctant to fix what she messed up! Thankfully she refunded some of my money. I went somewhere else to have them fix what she ruined. She is overpriced and her customer service is non existent. DO NOT GO THERE !

Dalian assisted me with the alterations on my dress and had it done within a couple of hours. Prompt, courteous service. I will definitely be back!

Elena was absolutely wonderful. I flew into town for a formal affair and needed my gown and a dress altered. Elana altered both within two hours. Her work is impeccable!

Elena does magical work. She made a difficult Lilly Pulitzer dress fit my body!!!

She makes the right suggestions based on her expert opinion. She doesn’t just agree to doing something that could end up ruining the garment for an extra charge. Very glad I found her as it is hard to find a good tailor.

Elena was very nice and helpful. I needed a mens suit to be hemmed and taken in. We came in on a Tuesday and it was done on Friday of the same week. Would definitely recommend

Entered the shop and staff just stared at me not saying anything. Acted like I was intruding on their secret meeting, and was dismissive of the alterations I was looking for. Don’t waste your time here.

Needed my pants hemmed for a business trip the next day and she had me In and out in 5 minutes! That’s the service that will have me returning for years to come!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in and she barely wanted to help me. Real attitude, still puzzled as to why..hmmmm. Gave her the stuff and it was more than I expected. When I asked she was even more rude. Needless to say.. I left. Went somewhere else and the price was just about the same but I was happy to leave it because they had a beautiful and great attitude and excellent customer service.

My uniform pants felt like a potato sack and I hated wearing them to work. I took them to Elena to get them adjusted. My pants are more fitted and I love wearing my pants to work.

Love this place! Trust Elena, She knows what shes doing! She altered my weddimg dress. She was fast and efficiant and it was perfect when she was done! Shes honest too! The price was absolutely fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
