Ive been a customer of Kikos since before he had his own shop in Plantation. Even though I now live in New Jersey, I contact Kiko when I visit a South Florida so I can come in to get a cut. Hands down, this is the best barber shop I have had the pleasure of going to. I would recommend the shop to anyone who asks!

My regular barber was in vacation (different shop) and I needed a hair cut. Decided I would give them a shot. The hair cut was so bad when I got home and notice what he did I had to shave my head, same goes for my beard.

If you are a new customer looking for barbershop...This might not be the place for you...DO NOT GET FOOLED by all the good reviews given by old customers that probably attended this place for years...Even thou it is good to keep a great service to loyal customers...It is also a terrible mistake to get carried away and start refusing and giving horrible customer service to potential new customers....I walked in there today looking for a new barber service since i am new in the area...I was totally fooled by the reviews and when i got there 2 hours before the posted closing time...A guy obviously unhappy to see my face told me that they were booked for the day ....First time something like that ever happened to me at a barbershop...Like i said if you are looking for new place scroll down on those reviews and you will see i am not the only one that went thru this.....A GREAT PLACE it is BEN AND JOHNNY...Is not far and you won’t regret going there

Not a welcoming atmosphere. It took them less than 10 seconds to say no to new clients. Not even the slightest effort to accommodate us. Drove 30 minutes because we trusted the reviews but came out disappointed in less the 10 seconds. A business that rejects my business is not a place I return to.

First time customer here, all the guys are great, Steve cut my sons hair and he did an excellent job. We walked in the day before and made the appointment for the following day, called to confirm an hour before and Steve told us we could Come in earlier.

Just moved to the area with my son. I needed to find a good barbershop and was glad I found Steve. The guys inside are friendly enough and theyre professional and respectful eventhough its an establishment full of guys. Ive taken my son to other barbershops where they curse and play loud, inappropriate music for a young kid. Steve has consistently cut my sons hair really good, he takes his time and we always leave happy with the outcome. Form of acceptable payment is cash but they do have an ATM machine thats going to charge you a fee and you have to make an appointment to get a cut.

These guys give decent fades... Still need to work on the finishing/detail of their fades... I must be spoiled, cuz Im used to getting a shampoo, detailed fade, touch up/finish tape and even fixing the eyebrows all for 20 bucks, 5 dollar tip included. The only downside is i gotta drive all the way ro Hialeah.

The whole shop is friendly and helpful. Professional as well. Not a long wait either. Mariano is great with my son. He also did an awesome undercut design on my dreadlocs.

Be aware that they do not like taking new costumers on saturdays.

I asked for a low fade and i dont know what the f they gave me but this certainly isnt a low fade. The stylist is actually pretty talented, but he doesnt know how to follow directions. I don’t recommend

Id hardly say that the entire staff was welcoming and friendly - starting with the owner Kiko, he uses his veteran status as a crutch to get people to go there - he doesnt say hi to anyone unless he knows you, very classicist, I remember saying hi to him on various occasions and being ignored every time. Today was the last straw though - I had an appointment today and got there 5 minutes prior, I stood there for probably 20 minutes, he walked to the lobby area, spoke to one or two people of the five people there and just didnt care that there were people standing there without being attended to, being a concerned caring owner he would make sure that EVERYONE was taken care of - the person that I had an appointment with didnt even come out to say he was running a half hour behind schedule, so I left, and I wont be going back, ever - and i will let everyone know, DONT BOTHER GOING THERE, they arent very friendly, some of the barbers are only thee because they dont want to lose their long standing clientele.

A veteran owned barber shop with very skillful and friendly barbers oh yea..this is definitely the barbershop this county needed. From the moment you walk in youre greeted by Mike, instantly makes you feel very welcome. Obviously the more you visit the more they make you feel like family. The atmosphere is funny and sport talk. I drive every 2 weeks for about 35mins just to get my cut. They make you loyal customers because they are that good, you can shiw them a photo of what you want and if your hair allowes it, consider it done. And if not, you still wont be dissapointed with the outcome.

Kiko has cut my hair since the mid 1990s...Ive never found anyone as consistently giving great haircuts. His staff is great and I drive from downtown to his shop in Sunrise every time i need a haircut.

Horrible I was very nice to this guy named STEVE all I asked for was a a blow out skinned out at the bottom I even brought my friend when we said it didnt come out right he refused to retouch it cause he didnt have enough time. The hair cut was done whats a touch up ?

Non the friendliest barbershop. Josh is a nice guy. The rest of the guys ignore you if they dont know you. Not exactly screaming customer service.

Gotta say the barbers are pretty good actually but they only accept cash which is inconvenient and they are not helpful about making appointments since u basically cant do a walk in since they tend to be busy.

Called to say I was running late. Supposed to have an appointment with Andy, guy asked how long Id be late, informed him 10 min. Showed up at 410, waited and then got told no cant do it. Why didnt they say this on the phone. Poor customer service,,wont return.

Didnt like the haircut I received from a certain Pete from New York, and I asked him to just take it all off. He and his coworker proceeded to harass me that I was receiving two haircuts, and made me very uncomfortable. Kikos has lost my business forever.
