To say that I am happy with the services Balloon Concepts provided would be an understatement. I found out my mother was in the hospital and because I couldnt be there physically because of Covid, balloons concepts was there to help with an amazing array of balloon bouquet 💐. Everyone in the hospital floor came to see the balloons 🎈 and even took pictures. I was so happy with the creative bouquet balloons. Kathy thank you again. My mom absolutely loved the balloons.
