Best experience with a storage facility I have ever had. June is a sweet heart please ask for her at the front desk.

Seriously if I could give this place six stars or more I would. Just moving from New Jersey I was going to use another storage facility down the street but the girl was so rude I decided against it. So I called june, the manager at public storage. She was so kind and so knowledgeable. I had a big trailer coming with my stuff and she made room for it and I havent met anyone so kind in a long time. If you have any questions about what storage unit to go to I highly recommend public storage. June and her son were so kind and accommodating. They made moving stress-free.

June, the property manager was wonderful! Pleasant and so easy to deal with!She got my rate reduced on my storage unit. . .which in these hardtimes, her efforts went above and beyond!!! She is a real gem!!

Public storage has great customer service from the local front desk and in office team. I had an issue and after speaking to Katie from corporate she was really mature and demonstrated she valued my business, brand loyalty, repeat customers for life. They were able to resolve the issue in an amicable manner. Their professionalism is world class. The workers at the front desk is also very compassionate as well. They took time out of their day and thoughts to call me relentlessly to resolved all issues. That was so respectable. I will use them again.

This place has pressed wood for their walls and cheap cardboard like doors. For $137 a month I deserve better. On multiple occasions I have walked in on people changing their clothes. They are happy to take your money but dont leave mid-month. You wont get anything back. I would give 0 stars but I cant.

Great Place for Storing Stuff... Customer service is fantastic. Property is clean and well kept. Only a couple negative things that I want to mention: First, is the requirement to have mandatory insurance. And you must purchase the insurance that they offer you, nothing else. It costs about $15.00 additional per month. Second, you must exit your vehicle to type in the gate access code, both when entering and exiting the property. Third, there is no lighting or electricity within the unit or anywhere nearby. Forth, since you DO have access when the office is closed, there should be no reason they cannot offer it around the clock, 24 hours. Overall, its a great place to store. Its a bit pricey for my budget, but its a great location and has a friendly staff. Grade A-

My introductory experience with Allison was great. I asked a ton of questions and she was very attentive, friendly and helpful. I recommend this location.Update:10/31/18 I moved my things into the storage facility and the customer service was horrible. The older black lady came to watch my movers move in and refused to greet me. I waved at her since she was at a small distance watching. She never waved back, so I began to walk up to her and as I reached her she still did not acknowledge me. I greeted her and after not receiving a responde I asked her a question and she finally responded. My thing is why work in a position where communication with customers is needed if you aren’t a people person. Then I go to the front office to return some items I purchased from them and she wasn’t in the office instead she was with another employee on the grounds. There was a sign saying she would return but it was well after the time stated. Why have two people working if both are going to be out of the office. They need new management, people who work well with customers and consequences for nasty behaviors.

Im so glad my wife and I found this location. Even before confirming this location, Rick (Manager) was trying to help us locate something closer to where we live down South. We decided to store our equipment at this location as we felt Ricks excellent customer service and sense of urgency deserved our business. Even when he was swapped with customers, he gave everyone the proper attention knowing that all of us where going to be dealt with quickly.The location is spotless and very well secured. I only wish Rick would have a location closer to our home, but until then well be his devoted customer.

Stay away from this place! The monthly price was great but it took 3 emails and 4 calls before I could get ahold of someone to confirm the reservation before driving there. When I finally spoke to someone I was told I needed to make an apt time that would be there to insure she would be available. We set a time if 230pm but when I arrived at 230 the was a “return at 250 sign” in the window. I had to wait 20 minutes because she was walking around back picking up garbage. I then I was told I had to provide the registration or title for my travel trailer before I could rent the spot, not once was I informed I needed that (which was in my camper) about 45 min away. I had a insurance card that had the vin/ my name etc but she said it was not acceptable proof of ownership. I was so disgusted with the company,I left and will not use it anytime in the future. Terrible customer service and a waste of time.

I loved this location .when i came in i could not get my gate code to work Denise was very helpful.i had changed units and had the old gate code she even came out of the office and helped me to make sure the new code worked. Rick is also very helpful what a great team at this location. Alex

I was met by the mist courteous person for a long time.His attitude sells your company.As a Canadian it was so refreshing to find someone this attentive to me needs.I will recommend only this company and this person.

We have stored our things off and on with #publicstorage for quite a few year now. We appreciate the security but are always on the look out for the constant rate increases. We have rented spaces starting at $100. a month and end up paying $200. - $250. within a year. Be prepared. Thank you.

Rick does a fantastic job at customer service. He is very professional. The location is great for drive up storage, and is well maintained. My only negative is the change to have mandatory insurance. If this change is for all of Florida or even a county, the website should say so. You can purchase your own, but you must provide proof of insurance.

Had a very nice experience renting a storage from public storage in plantation. The staff was helpful and friendly, which is hard to come by these days, they made me feel like I made the right decision by storing with public storage.

Allison & Preneila gave Amazing Service and showed a Great sense of humor while working.

My overall experience was good. I called and confirmed my information but when I got there my email address and last name was inaccurate. I was led to agree & sign contract and than the information will be changed afterwards. Not to mention I was told a unbeatable price over the phone but when it was time to do paperwork the price showed 4× the amount I was quoted. Because of this I felt very uncomfortable so I did not proceed in renting storage unit. I wish the special would have been included in the contract so there wasnt any misunderstandings. Hopefully I wasnt being scammed or decieved. I will be on watch to make sure there arent any errors to my credit report. On the upside the customer service representative was helpful and assured me that no payments or contracts were made.

Great customer service. We relocated from Az and Rick was there when our semi-truck arrived to help with traffic management and getting the semi to our unit. He is always present and very helpful. He also has an uncanny ability to remember customers names. Five war service.
