I have used DFW Shredding for years. They have always been prompt courteous and responsible which is something that you would want from people who are getting rid of sensitive information. Best part is they will shred it while you watch through a camera. And prices are extremely reasonable. They have shredded anything from a half pound of paper to over a hundred pounds. I would highly recommend this place.

They can come to your place or you can take your stuff over to their location.Love the transparency of their operations; you watch them measure the weight of your documents and you watch them shred your documents. Also, they give a certification of destruction for your audit.

Saved so much cleaning out my home office. They take it from your vehicle, weigh and charge you half what UPS charges. And only a .25 a lb for more than 100 pounds.

Their business model is to operate at their own convenience. If you show up at this business, with cash in hand, not another customer in sight, the employee on duty will rudely tell you to go away and make an appointment. Rude is a very kind understatement of the behavior and attitude displayed at this business.

I have been coming here for years. It is always quick and the staff is friendly. Worth the price if youre bad about not shredding your own stuff regularly. 😃

Horrible customer service and unprofessional. They require an appointment which I dont have a problem with if that is their business model but they were very rude about it. We were told to use our cell phones, thats what they are for. Too bad zero stars is not an option. They just lost a customer.

This company came to my storage unit, removed about 30 boxes, did all the shredding, and handed me my receipt in about 30 minutes. The service is great, everyone I dealt with was professional AND really nice, and about 10 years of records were professionally disposed of without my doing anything but opening the door. I highly recommend them for fast, easy & complete!

What an amazing company. I put off getting a bunch of boxes shredded until I couldnt move in my garage anymore. I called DFW and from the first they were friendly, efficient, and professional. When the two men arrived to do the shredding they treated me like a queen. They wouldnt let me lift a finger and shredded about thirty boxes in no time. They were cheerful and happy to do this great job. What a great experience this turned out to be. So grateful to have found them.

They arrived right on time! Our 10 year old grandson was so excited about watching the process! The 2 gentlemen that gathered our shredding, were very kind, they let my grandson help put stuff in the shredding bin, once full...we followed them out to the truck, and watched everything shred on a video screen. It was a very quick process, bet they were not here 15 minutes.It was great to know our stuff was safe and secure with DFW Shredding! My grandson, said it was the best day ever!

Quick and easy! The guy was super helpful and took the documents out of the car. For only $15, we got rid of two boxes worth of documents! Also, you get to see the documents being shredded. I would come back here again. By the way, the Saturday location is at 800 fulgham dr. instead of the regular location. The Saturday location is only about 0.3 miles away.

Great and cheap. Google maps has it on the west side of the street. Its on the east side.
