I have had both of my vehicles serviced at Integrity 1st for a few services. This particular trip was for my family SUV for brake service, oil maintenance, a transmission system flush and 4-wheel alignment. The shop personnel have always been professional, helpful in providing answers to questions I have and provide a detailed report of the work recommended and what was performed (if any recommended services are declined). I find the service to be of great value and work is completed as promised and on-time. I plan to continue bringing my vehicles here!

Excellent service and a great $40 price for a semi-synthetic oil change, unlike Jiffy Lube that wanted to charge $80 for the same thing. The staff was very friendly and the inside is very nice. Definitely recommended!

Great guys! Al is super friendly and kind. I was a walk-in customer and they did everything I needed (tire rotation, tire leak fix and alignment) as fast as they could. Exceptional service, they are taking pictures of everything they do. They even have membership, which is very nice thing to have.Highly recommend!!!

Came in to get a diagnostic check after an accident. They went above and beyond and were professional the entire way. Careful with this company, they will screw with kindness. Was working with them,a wk in I had a family emergency ( disabled father had a accident) and had to travel back home. Could not get weeks off so decided to cancel my employment with them. They decided to punish me by not paying me the time I worked for them. And dont get tire repair done here, they plug instead of patching tires.

Stae Inspection: It was my first visit to this establishment and was impressed with the professionalism the Desk associate was. His greeting and information to my questions were simple. Al and the Integrity 1st Team were all great. Insurance was a slight headache but they took care of everything and my truck was returned better than I even got it back from the dealership in the past. Integrity is the name and they stand by it!

Very rarely does a company impress me. However these people stayed 2 hours beyond their shift to finish my car so I didnt have to wait until Monday. I typically do most the work myself but they truly earned my business today. Great work yall!!!

Great work repairing my daughters Kia Forte - Al is a great communicator and friendly face at the shop. As with all car repair places I think things are priced high, but no higher than any other, and they seem to do good work for the times Ive taken my cars into them.

This is the only place I take my car to get maintenance done. The people are awesome and they really strive to take care of their customers. They always work with me to make sure I’ll have my car back as quick as possible and they’re never high pressure about doing extra stuff.

This outfit did so well with a steering and suspension issue in my veloster that i referred a friend for a/c issues, and i sent both parents for service. Al and Britt are extremely knowledgeable and willing. Britt has gone above and beyond for us.

Needed a starter replaced and had went to Firestone a few times and had enough of them not catching things wrong with my vehicle a week before they went bad. I saw integrity across the street and towed my vehicle there. Not only did they fix my vehicle quickly they stayed passed closing time to fix it. Will definitely be taking my vehicles to this location anytime I need service.

Very good and Cost effective service with very friendly team. I serviced my camry se car here. Got the issue fixed with Steering wheel noise with very reasonable price than other stores nearby. Really appreciate how these guys do business. Super professional and very clean location. First class service that you would expect from a high end car dealership. Their prices are very competitive if not below market. Super fast at getting the job done and willing to take care of your care if your not able to pick it up for a little while. Dropped my car of before my Alaska trip and it was done before I got on the plane to leave. So they kept my car in the garage while I was away until I could pick it up. Al is the man and treats you like family. Very genuine guy.

Had a great experience with this shop. How they take pictures of everything that you need done and send it straight to your phone which was cool. Ive been to a lot of shops and Ive never experienced that from those other guys. I will be coming back to this shop a lot more in the future.

So last week I was driving on a spare and needed the new tire I had already purchased elsewhere put on. I drove by Integrity 1st and asked the manager Al if they could assist me with get this new tire on..... Yes, with out hesitation. Not only was he polite and professional but there was virtually no wait time, which I truly appreciated due to face I was on a lunch break. The mechanic was diligent and checked the air pressure in all four tires to ensure I was good to go. The office was amazingly clean, and I was offered refreshments while I waited. I have a wonderful experience today. We usually do regular maintenance at the dealers place. But the long wait and higher fee is always a pain. So we decide to find alternative this time and so glad to find Integrity First. The place is bright and clean, the staff greet me warmly when I arrive. They explain what will be done and how they charge clearly so I dont need to worry about hidden fee. The fee is very reasonable too. The best of all, I wait only around 40 minutes today other than 2-3 hours at the dealers. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been to many different auto repair places and this location of Integrity 1st is the absolute best. Al is always friendly, helpful and honest when it comes to my car’s service. What you need is what you get. I never leave feeling like I was up-sold or coerced into buying things I didn’t need. But the new management has upgraded the store and it’s a pleasant experience waiting there now. The Manager was very helpful and easy to deal with. Al is the man. I live in East Dallas and made the drive all the way up to Plano to get my brakes check and fixed. My wheel was beginning to shake profusely as I was braking. Ive had my used car for almost 2 years and I let a bunch of small problems accumulate into a big mess. I was referred to Matt at 1st Integrity by multiple friends who gave stellar reviews on their experience. Right off the bat i trusted that Matt would act in my best interest and he really came through. I had quite a bit of work done to my car but after going through the financing option with Matt i felt at ease and confident with my decision to go forward with the project My car was even picked up from me and delivered back to me by Matt! This guy is an absolute asset to this company and his professionalism and work ethic speaks volumes about the company as a whole. He has won my loyalty for any future automobile issues!

My 2014 Civic was pulling to side when applying hard break. Took it to two different Honda service places, they kept it for 3 days each but could not fix it. Next took to Integrity 1st. Robbie at this location analyzed for a day, explained very well why it is pulling, and fixed it. Now my car runs as expected, I am really satisfied with their mind set to finish the work with expected result. Now I started taking my other two cars to this location for maintenance service. I would highly recommend Robbie for any auto issue.

I left a review but it apparently for the wrong location. Although I’ve come to understand that all of these locations live up to their name this one will always be my store. The customer service was outstanding, the manager Robbie made sure that my oil change was done properly and I wasn’t waiting long. This new location has a modern yet home feel so I didn’t mind waiting, especially when the bathroom was spotless! I will definitely be back to this shop the staff and work done were impeccable!

We are relatively new to the north Dallas area. My wife’s van broke down due to a bad alternator. Integrity first had it diagnosed and ready to go in a few hours. Al was very pleasant to work with, and direct about what needed to be done as well as other little things that need to be addressed but weren’t urgent. Highly recommended!

I follow Matt from a previous Integrity location for two reasons both ABOVE and BEYOND in nature.I had an issue with an oil change elsewhere where my motor ended up needing replacement. It would have been financially crippling.Matt spent hours AFTER business time to help me get the information I needed to get those at fault to pay for the damage they caused. I always hear about how many mechanics and auto professionals are scammers and Matt is the exact opposite more than i ever expected.Thank you so much I am so grateful and will continue to see you!!

I had brake work and a wheel bearing replaced and I spend 1100.00 dollars on. The workers installed brake pads wrong that caused brake pads to not sit flush on rotor. After a little over a month my brakes sized up and had to have them replaced. When they removed pads and rotors they saw that they were installed incorrectly. I brought this to there attention to get a refund I had phots and mechanic that worked on it explain what was wrong. I spent 600.00 to fix what was wrong install from Integrity-1st. They told me that I had to pay for parr’s again. I told them that was unreasonable since I just spent 1100.00 to fix them. I have had no satisfaction on this matter. Very poor cucumber service
