Bought a David commercial vacuum cleaner. Good price and the salesman took time to explain every feature and how to maintain it.Good product and it is working great so far.

My vacuum was taking in for service on 11/29/2020 and today is 3/12/2021 and I still have not received it. I have called numerous times and always get a different story. On the last call I told them just send it back to the store and I will find someone else to repair it. I still have not received it and they want return my calls.

I had an oreck vacuum cleaner and wanted another one. stopped in to see the oreck vacuum cleaners and the sales guy told me that oreck was foreign and they were junk he didnt have any on display and was pushing his other product riccia (I think) Ive never heard of these other vacuum cleaners that he was pushing. Did not offer to sell me an oreck. So unfortunately I bought my oreck from Amazon.

Different price quoted over phone than in person and although he might have worked for the company for a long time, he wasnt a very good salesperson.

My Oreck wasnt picking anything up so I brought it here, as this is where I bought it. They fixed the issue, a simple clog, but also cleaned the rolling bar for me. They were happy to do it and it only took 20 minutes.

After seeing some of the negative reviews, I was hesitant to drive from East Dallas to Plano to have my Orbiter repaired but the Forest Lane location was closed (tornado). I called the store and spoke with the store manager and mentioned the negative comments. He did not get defensive at all, said he would do everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with his service and so I made the drive. There were three people in line when I got there but he took the time to address each of their concerns even though it was around the lunch hour. Everyone there looked happy with the service. The store was clean and well organized. The store manager (I want to say his name is Brian) listened to the problems we were having. Just to be safe, he plugged it in right there and lo and behold, it was working just fine. He took the time to try to recreate what had happened before but the Orbiter was operating fine. (and has, since then here at home) so I did not leave it for service. I would say I was quite happy with the managers approach and wanted to be sure to offer a happier review.

Very nice people at this store. I traded in my old vacuum and got a great deal on a brand new one. No high pressure sales. I would definitely go back there and would recommend to a friend.

Just picked my Oreck Vacumn Cleaner up. They performed maintenance and cleaning. Great service. Great staff. Love my Oreck.

I took my Oreck vacuum in for annual maintenance. While doing the maintenance, they recommended an additional procedure be performed to aide in the longevity of my vacuum, which I approved. The staff was very professional and helpful. I love my Oreck.

Their staff was knowledgeable and helpful without being overly pushy. They had a good assortment of cleaning supplies related to vacuuming and dusting and other around the house duties. They also sell high-end Cutlery out of the same shop.

I would have rated higher but 3 weeks ago i ordered the cleaner for my air purifiers as they were out and they have not come in yet.

This store is horrible. I bought my Oreck Elevate from them. Hated it. Took it back and exchanged for the Riccar Red ultralight. Still having problems with it. Service guy is a bit of a jerk. Saying my house must smell because I have a German Shep and then was even rude to the other guy that worked there when he was listening to one of their floor model vacuums that he was showing me. They are WAY overpriced and I have been there for the last time. Very disappointed. I do not recommend for anyone to go there. Found a new vacuum store and a new Riccar that was half the price of what they were offering here. Ex. AT this store, the Riccar Retriever he wanted to charge me $999 for with my trade in, which I have only had since April and that I bought from them! On the Riccar website the vacuum is only $899 on the brands website...now tell me which one seems wrong?!?! My advice stay away from this store.

Be careful on this store. Theyll do service or maintenance without any permission from you. When you back there to pick your vacuum, they show you the bill and ask money, even though you never asked them to do that, they still charge you.Ill never go back to this store.

We brought our vacuum cleaner in for a tune-up on December 3rd because we got a coupon in the mail for a discount. We have been told several times that it would be ready in a few more days and in a few more days. As of today December 20th it still has not arrived back at the store. I spoke to someone again today he told me it might be Thursday or Friday but they cant guarantee it. At the rate this is going theres no way Im going to be able to vacuum my house in time to have my family in town for Christmas and nobody at the store seems to give a damn. His excuse today was that they sent out too many coupons. I would not use the store again and not recommend it to anyone

Nice store, had everything I needed, quick and easy. Expensive for cutlery but quality makes it worth it.

Bought a vacuum here, they promised the world including free bags and service but when I called to get the bags all of sudden they no longer honor them. Such a bait and switch tactic...just get it online
