I’m compelled to post a review praising the professionalism and efficiency of this company. I called to inquire about having a locksmith re-key two locks in an apartment door. The representative, Anthony, was extremely personable and knowledgeable and made the scheduling very easy online, taking our credit card info and immediately following up with confirming text messages. He advised us that if we had to cancel for any reason there would be a $25 cancellation fee to compensate the technician. We were able to track the progress of our technician, who was promptly dispatched, through a link sent in one of the text messages. Regretfully, and to our dismay, before he arrived, circumstances required us to cancel the appointment. The company’s representatives were extremely respectful and understanding. They promptly refunded our card for the amount of the service less the $25 cancellation fee. Although we did not use the company’s services in this instance, we will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Don’t use this company!! Bait and switch. They tell me 150 plus tax to change a lock. Turns out I have a double sided lock, ok fine, double right? Nope, they tell me they have to remove my door, and it’s rusted, blah blah blah. It’s going to be 800 plus tax. Meanwhile they take one lock out in 5 minutes. I had them put it back together and leave. Horrible experience, stay away!!
