If I could select no star, I would. I booked an appointment with Avi Cleaning Service for the day before Thanksgiving. Its my first time hosting my in-laws and I wanted everything to go well. He confirmed the day before and all was well. The day of the appointment, Avi came to my house with three other workers with tools in hand. All was well. The house was serviced by a cleaning company less than a month ago so all I really needed done was dusting, brooming and mopping. Before he would begin, Avi said he wouldnt do the job. So, here we are the day before Thanksgiving with no cleaning service. What made things worst is his explanation for why he couldnt do the job I have another job scheduled, so I m not losing anything. The most unprofessional and unreliable service Ive experienced. STAY AWAY from this business.
