E&M was recommended to us for our chimney inspection and we were really happy with the services. Eric and his team were personable, timely, and professional. Despite a very busy day (post tropical storm), they took their time inspecting the chimney and hot-water heater and answered our all of our questions. I would definitely recommend E&M.

Really negative experience and would not recommend. Similar to other reviews on this page, the coordinator that did the scheduling (michelle) was extremely rude throughout the entire process. I asked questions about the costs and received a sour attitude response proclaiming that I shouldnt ask questions because they have been in business for so long. Then when they called the wrong phone number, I was blamed for it. Terrible customer service. For anyone looking for a chimney service, I would recommend looking elsewhere and avoiding this company.

Cant find a better company to clean chimneys, put gas and oil fire etc. Fast with the job and more importantly done right. Fair prices and even nicer people. Highly recommend this place!

Charged $175 to shine his light in my fireplace and tell me I don’t need a sweep and don’t have a draft problem. 10 minutes in all. Make sure you ask what you will get before they visit.

Called for an estimate for masonry repair. Erick was honest and fair priced. Not to mention, on time which was relieving. I was very happy with the completed work and I would definitely recommend them. Excellent customer service.

I called E&M based off a neighbors recommendation but I should have known to keep looking when he seemed a bit hesitant to give me their number. I made an appointment for them to come in and do a full chimney inspection and sweep. They sent 1 guy to do the job and it was done in less than 25 minutes...he never even went on the roof. I know from experience chimney sweeps take at least 45 minutes. I called the head office to inquire about the short length of time and the lady was very short with me and seemed annoyed that I would even call and question their quality of work. Her response was chimney sweeps dont take that much time. We always send two men and they go on the roof and then do the chimney inspection. Weve been in business for 21 years so...you know. Rude. Actually, I do know that I will never use or recommend them again. Beware.

Fast service and reasonable price!

My AC unit was leaking. I scheduled and the technician was on time, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. A very good experience and problem fixed.
