I have had the misfortune of having to file 2 small claims lawsuits in the past 3 years. On the first, a landlord retained my security deposit for fictitious reasons. Two attempts by the sheriff to serve the defendant failed but Elite Processing managed to complete the task. Then I had problems with a contractor taking a deposit and vanishing after demo-ing my bathroom. Again Elite Processing came through with flying colors.
