Have been without a working residential elevator since Thanksgiving week and it is now Jan 10, 2021. They could care less that we cant get to our beds nor to bathtub upstairs; let alone the fact that a wheelchair will not even fit into our small bathroom downstairs. Communication is very lacking & they just could not give a hoot!! If it were possible to give no stars i would!!
