Not sure about the loading but unloading was really fast. Arrived a day before my appointment, parked overnight, checked in at 7:30 am for 9:30 am and was out by 8:15. Great job folks. 👏

This place is a joke. Eight hours Ive been sitting here and still havent even begun to be loaded. I guess appointments mean nothing here. Whoever runs the show needs to be either retrained or replaced.*Update* Eight hours for this much product is criminal.

Guard shack folks are great. Getting loaded and on time is horrific! Once in a door (3 hours after appt time), it took 3 hours to load 4 pallets. Warehouse people said it’d take 20 minutes. Whatever. I will never be back!

Preloaded trailer was suppose to be loaded at 16:00 wasnt loaded till 20:00 ran out of hrs waiting, good news they have overnight parking

Schedule to pickup a preloaded trailer after 1700... Trailer wasnt ready and was told to go park in front of trailer and wait until the light turns green..... Six hrs later Im still waiting... However they do allow onsite parking after done

All my drivers hate going here. Every time take at least 6 hours to get loaded, one time was check in at 6pm and loaded at 7am, can you believe that? Worst shipper we even seen in the business

Were been here since 6:45pm yesterday (8/14/20). It is currently 5:23am and our light is still red!

Most worthless place to pickup a preloaded trailer, this is my second and last time that I will pick this load. Both times load was suppose to be ready by midnight the night before. Get there as scheduled and the load was not ready. Here it is now halfway through the next day and its still not ready! Freaking come on. Maybe you need to get with the other location and see how they make it happen. Ive never had to wait for a drop and hook.

Great place for a drop/hook..when I did live unloads here they were a lil slow but over year or so theyve gotten things together and sped things up a lil...great job PDC

Not sure why they ave two addresses on google but place is vast and it looks new but I don’t think I’ve been treated worst by anyone, anywhere . Toad at guard shack made a big deal about why I pulled up to the “pickup lane” while loaded ( marks on ground were obscured by rig in front and then barely visible after he pulled out) then proceeded to berate me because of it. Insisted that I move over and back up to the lane directly next to me before he would process me in .Mind you, NONE ELSE WAS IN LINE . All three lanes , completely empty and only a handful of trucks actively being loaded and unloaded in their gargantuan yard. I refused to do this nonsense and called for his superior, but a person who identified herself as Marianne, head of security, was just as big of an A hole as him . Finally a half hour later he processed me in the same lane I arrived in ,making sure to waste a bunch of my time in the process .The warehouse folks proceeded to unloaded the 10 pallets fairly quickly but goes to show you that a few jerks can ruin a place ..... I’ve instructed my people to make sure we never set foot here again !!!

Shipper screwed up my drive hours,no way to make appointment time,broker and receiver worked together, and,yeah only 2 hours late,better than the 4 hours,using trucker math,made up 2 hours,well,they got me in and unloaded in under half an hour , just goes to show you,if everybody works together,the world would be a better place,be kind,and courteous,it is what it is,DEAL with it !!!

Worked there . Some nice people they show favorites on who gets the best numbers on the tickets more worried about how many cases they are going to get out the door instead of quality. They also dont seem to care if you take lunch in there and some one takes it.

A worst place I ever seen in my carrier. U cant enter half an hour before ur appointment and if u little they mark late on ur bl. One washroom in the building without heat and they dont let u stay in the yard. E log user be careful no night park

This place sucks be prepared to wait a very long time to get loaded. The heavy set blonde girl at the guard shack is rude and disrespectful. 11 hours to get loaded and still had to come back and get reworked. They overloaded my trailer axles by 2000 pounds. This place is awful‼️
