I have worked with dozens of service companies. This is the only negative review I have ever written. TechPoint1 takes no responsibility for a service call or installation, and if there is an issue they repeatedly bill you. I worked with them for over 2 years, paid numerous inflated bills, and my system still didnt work. After one visit from a better company everything worked fine.
