Joe of NetWiz is absolutely amazing to work with, amazing customer service. We went with a monthly contract and he is only a phone call away. If Joe isnt available then his team answers and remotely log in to fix any issues. I have called Joe on the weekends and evenings when I need help with someone and he has never let me down. I have had multiple IT companies prior to working with Joe, but NetWiz Computers will be the last.
