Had to drive over an hour to pick up a car dolly (only place to have one). Online registration got messed up and price more than doubled. The gentlemen that were helping me were wonderful and got everything fixed, a drop off much closer to me, and us on our way with not much muss or fuss. God bless them. Happy Easter.

Awesome place, someone else booked my truck I reserved, gave me a smaller truck for almost nothing. Had to get another truck next day( original size), gave me another discount for the mishap. Really nice crew, super helpful.

Excellent customer service from the guys here! We had reserved a van and it was extremely efficient to pick it up and get what we needed done. Good amount of packing supplies as well. Highly recommended.

Everyone working was awesome and helpful we ended up getting the truck the day if the snow storm but they we helpful through out. Made it easy

Easy in and out first time ever

I needed a U-haul for just an hour to take a bedroom set home these guys are good and very professional the pick up and drop off was very quick and smooth Ill definitely refer alot of people here. Thanks again I appreciate yall hard work

These guys were really cool. When I was there they were very busy, and it was close to their closing time, but they got me out of there quickly even without having a reservation. It was very affordable, I got a very clean van, and I actually ended having to keep it a day longer than originally planned, but they were really good about that as well. I got the $19.95+mileage and fees and it didnt even cost me $50. I think they charged my card something like $48 and ended up reimbursing me like 8 or $10. Keep in mind I never left Penn Hills but still a great deal. Ill definitely use these guys again when I need to rent a truck/van

The older gentleman was very nice and extremely helpful the other with the grey mohawk hair cut however was not , he was so busy being on his phone doing whatever that he had to be told to answer the ringing phone he acted as if he didnt want to even do that , if that were my store and saw that he would be gone on the spot , when I entered the store he never looked up from his phone or even acknowledged I had just walked in !!! Keep the older gentleman get rid of mohawk man he is totally useless and getting paid to play on his phone gave it 1 star because of mohawk man would give it 5 stars because of the older gentleman he was an absolute pleasure
