What a FANTASTIC store and experience. My husband lost 55 pounds during the pandemic (was intentional). We set up an appointment with Lisa and the experience was amazing. The Covid protocols they have in place made us feel very comfortable. She had a salesman and tailor waiting for us. We found great clothing for my husband. They altered everything in a very timely fashion and to perfection. Lisa even hand delivered everything to our home. A big thank you to Lisa and the Larrimors team.

Was visiting Pittsburgh for a wedding and stopped in here at the recommendation of a friend. They have an exceptional selection of high-end mens clothing, and the staff was great. They were helpful without being pushy whatsoever-- which I consider ideal. Coming from miami, the down to earthness/helpfulness/knowledge/attention and sophistication (without pretense) of the staff was a breath of fresh air.While there i also got a shoe shine... 10/10. I was helped by Maxy, we had a light conversation and he told me he had been shining since the 80s. Having worked in New York, LA, DC, and now Miami, I can attest that finding a good shine is difficult and increasingly more difficult to find. The commitment of the store to keeping in touch with this part of culture and the old world craftsmanship, while also fusing itself with the modern and contemporary, says a lot about what you will find there.If you are looking for high end mens clothing in Pittsburgh for any reason, you will not be dissapointed with what you find here.

Very attentive staff. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable about the brand we were looking at (Canada Goose) and helped me to pick the perfect coat for my needs. If you’re looking to purchase something from the brands they carry, it’s worth the trip in over buying online elsewhere or at a big retailer. With limited people downtown right now, they appreciate the visit.Additionally, they were all very welcoming to our pup that joined us that day which is always extra appreciated!

Great, professional customer service and knowledgeable staff -- so helpful! They handled a special order quickly and easily, providing insight on the style and sizing. Support did not end with the sale, they followed up and tracked it through to delivery. Fantastic mens clothing store. Ive purchased a few items here in the last few months. Most recently they custom-tailored suit . If you stop in ask for Bentley Hicks. He is an overall great human being. Outstanding customer service, fantastic knowledge of his trade. I have learned more about mens clothing from him then Ive learned from anyone else. The best part is pushy. Each time Ive shopped there hes taken time to introduce me to his other clients. Thats rare. It may seem like a small gesture but it shows the character that he has. Very rare for me to give five stars for anything. If you dont believe me just ask my kids and employees. lol

Staff here is great, the selection is top notch and the service is impeccable. That said, you will pay absolute top dollar for anything you pick up here. They have the occasional sale or deal but for the most part its retail for everything. If that doesnt bother you or youre stuck and need a clothing item now, this is the place to go in downtown Pittsburgh.

Great, great place. I lived in NY and travel all over the country and can shop anywhere. I have never found a store with with the ability to find exactly the right look and fit again and again. Best in the country. Ray Harney will hook you up with the right clothes each time. Best of all, he is honest and will steer you only to the right clothes.

As a young professional just starting a new career, shopping to upgrade my wardrobe with more higher-end clothing can be somewhat intimidating. However the atmosphere and particular the employees at Larrimor’s quickly put me at ease. They asked me what I wanted and went to work fitting and finding me just that. Their banter back and forth and collegiality mad me comfortable. Hector and Andrew were great! I made a purchase and plan to return.

My friend bought this small across the shoulder pouch for traveling and I followed suit. I think its great - just big enough for a phone, passport, a few credit cards and some cash. If it were just a bit bigger it would be perfect, since with a large iphone its a bit tight. But for traveling its the way to go. Gone are the frantic searches in my large bag for documents and wallet. I also use it for long walks and short shopping trips. Can even fit a few pieces of tissue in there........and well priced.

I cant wait for Self Edge to open on Nov 1st! Pittsburgh, PA *badly* needs a place like this.From their web page they will have quite a few Japanese denim such as Iron Heart, Sugarcane, and Samaria. I dont think anywhere else in Pittsburgh, PA stock those. Im hopeful that they will be adding more Japanese brands,I am really hoping they will have OBJ.Looking forward to the opening party and the Super Future parties.Oh and it would be nice if they could cop a union special chain stitch machine!!
