As a real estate investor I have used TriState Paralegal Services several times for title search services. On each occasion I have received the title report on the same day of request and found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Will be my primary source for title product needs.

Not recommended for below reasons:1. Lack of communication. Office located at 6th floor but door is locked. Never mentioned once in the 3-4 times I called earlier that office was relocated to 4th floor!2. Required 1 affidavit to be notarized to start a utility service. Could not get this completed for following reasons:a. Apparently, a valid Drivers License from different state is not an acceptable ID for verification! Note: ID was valid and non-expired.b. Completing an Affidavit was apparently going to cost me 25$!c. Only cash accepted.Save time and money, walk just a few blocks and get notarized at AAA for 5$ with a quick turnaround even if you arent a member!

I have used TriState several times and each time the service has been professional, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use TriState again.

I went through a divorce last year and ultimately had to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I contacted Esther who I assume owns and operates Tristate Paralegal Service towards the end of April and asked if she could have it completed for me to file May first.The problems I ran into with her begin at the fact that it is now almost June first and I never received the completed paperwork to file. She seemed to forget to contact me on at least two occasions that we were supposed to meet for the paperwork, and finally she had claimed that it was finished and ready to file, she was in a rush and seemed reluctant to go over the paperwork with me. I insisted which without surprise the paperwork was full of errors that would have resulted in a rejection of my bankruptcy. Furthermore she seemed to forget key components of the packet which included HER OWN SIGNATURE. She also had no clue how to file for a 1099 employee which I am and she claimed to have an outside attorney assist her, to which she still provided the incorrect information. She ended up refunding a portion of my money however she still kept some for herself. If you have to file bankruptcy, I strongly urge caution when using this service, something this important needs handled with care, not neglect.
