Came with my best friend on a Saturday around 4pm and was told we would be able to finish a pumpkin collage that day.The associate said she would glue our pieces on and that all we had to do was arrange them. I asked the manager about the process because we were handed glue…Two hours later we were still gluing and were told the grout would have to be finished at home.I wouldn’t have paid for the service if I had been told the truth up front. I told the manager and she just avoided me.

I was impressed at how many artistic things you can create there. Currently, I dont have an idea of what to do. I will definitely go back for a custom coffee cup and wine glass. Once I figure out what I want to do.

This was our first visit here for my wifes birthday. The layout and selection of the studio were great. The owner was so friendly and inviting and even gave us some take home kits for our kids. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back here.

Definitely cannot recommend this shop. Staff was not attentive despite very few people in the shop. Brushes were heavily worn and not appropriate for the craft. When picking up final item we noticed imperfections that were most assuredly not on the piece when we finished painting (white textured chunks & spots of paint that were not ours). The concept of the shop is nice but the experience was downright awful for the cost.

If youre looking to support a small, female-owned, family-run business, THIS IS IT.The ladies who run this shop are so kind and helpful. I came alone on a whim and I felt very welcomed. Alyson engaged me in conversation while painting my pieces and I felt very comfortable and relaxed in their beautiful setting. Im looking forward to picking up my pieces next week!

Ive been here multiple times over the years making things to take to college and other times just for fun. Cant wait to come back soon and make something. Cats broke my coasters so cant wait to make something for my new house!

Kids had an awesome time making their creations-- Darth Vader and a Unicorn Princess. I liked that the staff created an outline for the kids to follow.

Very nice people working there. Colors true to what they show you. Price includes everything. Our work turned out beautiful! They offer more things than just pottery painting. Very good for dates, a fun even for kids, or even going alone. A great place!

The staff are great! When my first piece came out of the kiln there were some spots where the paint did not stick leaving white spaces (air bubbles in the clay..) The staff offered to let me chose another piece to paint, re-paint the same piece again or give me a refund. I decided to let them re-do mine and it came out great. They were awesome and would recommend to anyone. They have so many different options for all age groups and experience levels.

Large pottery studio and very helpful enthusiastic staff. A fun and relaxing atmosphere with great prices. To Anthony F: stop turning everything racial, if you dont know the circumstances of the other family; there are all kinds of specials at this warm, family-ran business.

Awesome place. Had my daughter birthday here. The pricing is completely fair and the host they provide for the party does an excellent job.

I love painting pottery and for the longest time if I wanted to I had to go to color me mine which is all the way in south hills village and they were always very picked over, but this place opened in Robinson and they have a very large selection and it’s much bigger with more tables and more room so I don’t feel as crammed and rushed. I took my three year old here today and they were AMAZING with her. I wish I would of gotten her name, but she helped us get the paint and she pointed to the board and explained the colors to my daughter in a way she would understand so she could pick which one she really wanted. My daughter loved every second of it. Now if only I can convince her it’s okay that we have to wait a week to pick it up!

I stopped in Kolor n Kiln while visiting family in October. Very cute little store in the mall. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Cant wait to go with my niece next time Im in PA!

Family always has nice time here. Our daughter had a birthday party at Kolor-N-Kiln and everyone had a nice time! Our family enjoys painting Christmas decorations here. Always turns out GREAT and staff very helpful.

Make sure you read online, all of the extra charges for a birthday party. A 9yr birthday party, cost over $400 for a painting and a cupcake (12 girls, we paid for 13 because they supplied a store bought cupcake for a no-show). The staff was nice, but we booked over the phone and they said nothing about booking fees and service charges. When we asked, they said you should have read online.

My experience at the Kolor n Kiln has always been pleasant! I’ve been for a birthday party, a bridal shower and just a place to take my kids for some fun on the weekend. The staff is always helpful and a lot of pieces to choose from!

I had an awesome experience, it’s so fun. I got to meet the owner and her daughter who run Kolor and Kiln and she shared her story of how they started their business. Everyone who works there is so sweet and helpful! I can’t wait to go back with a large group and paint again!

Nice store a lot of pottery not very expensive but if you book a birthday party like I did then you have to leave a 25 door non-refundable fee to hold your spot which I thought was a little bit pricey
