I own a local business and have always had a hard time with some of the online business card companies. I had been going back and forth with one company in particular who just couldnt seem to get it right. Not to mention it always took over 2 weeks to get my cards. Those of you with small businesses know that time is very important. When we need something done, we need it done perfect, and we need it done yesterday. I sent Alan from Exel Management a file of how I wanted my new business cards to look like. One email and 5 days later I got my business cards and they were perfect. After helping my sister and law and my brother get their daughter into modeling we can across several agents. Them not knowing anything about modeling, business, preparation or acting I stepped in to help my Niece.We had pick Exel Management with Alan Beddingfield from Pittsburgh as our manager. being signed with them for about 5 months we noticed no work and communication was becoming more tense. Instead of talking about business is was non stop about step up to the plate you make me look bad. Stop. You do not say this to an 11 year old girl whos god to be good mannered and smile pretty.Here is advice. Do not sign people you can not provide jobs for. We would have rather got denied due to no work than to be fooled with for half a year. Allan signs people and knocked them down when they cannot get work. Than, he throws classes all around the website having you take them. We did not. We were going to think about it, but after hearing SEVERAL negative comments from actors, models, parents and standbys on his class we decided to stay away.bottom line is...do not sign the contract. he will not find you good work. He only finds work for himself. He has major favoritism and I have heard he hits on his teen models
