Yann was very attentive as to my needs. I didnt have a specific way to approach the index ringed cards project. Without Tutorials, Yann helped me every step of the way. The color came to exact specs I sent. Yann did something else to circumvent any mistakes or mis-understanding. He Zoomed with me to ensure communication was transparent and as if I had walked-in his store.
