Gr8! I was there 2 times in the last couple of months to return old equipment! I return one of my clients old equipment because she went to another provide! I stayed with Fios and upgraded to better service and equipment!

I had to return some equipment. There was some trouble getting a box to my house (Verizon ugh!) so I had to return it to the store. The guys at the store made it really simple! Thank goodness.

Was sent here by the Verizon Technical Person to get a new cable as after extensive over the phone troubleshooting he indicated that it was likely that the one the installation tech put in was bad. I got there at 6 and one of the staff informed me that they closed at 6 and I was lucky that it was only a cable... because otherwise... Not really sure what the otherwise meant... but it was delivered in a threatening and menacing manner... he then went and got a Coax cable and discarded the cable on the desk next to another employee and walked out. Interesting that I had a tech take 5 hours to install the service into the apartment to be told by the technical assistance after quite a bit of trouble shooting that it looks like a coax is bad but if I go to the store they could give me a replacement... no hassles... No Hassles apparently does not mean no surly attitude and threatening behavior.The other employees looked bothered by the attitude and were understanding and helpful. They gave me the replacement coax and I left... almost immediately behind the surly employee... I admit that I had a fleeting thought that he was going to wait outside for me... and I actually considered pausing for a moment to make sure he was not loitering outside... Funny thing is the entire process took less than 5 minutes.Turns out the issue was with the existing coax in my apartment not being terminated (I think that is what the repair tech called it) properly... which required a technician to come out and replace the end of the coax that was in the wall... service works great now... and every other employee of Verizon has been very pleasant and amicable.

I just read several reviews from visits to this verizon store that were not very good and I wanted to state I had the most positive experience dealing with their customer service. They listened, they saved me money and they made my service better. What more could you ask for. I rarely write reviews but they were so helpful I had to acknowledge their professionalism.

This isnt really Verizon, they are Contractors for Verizon, so they are somewhat limited it what they can really do to your account... I spend an hour there, and still was told I had to call Verizon to update my account... Come on Verizon, for what you charge, you can either hire your own people, or better contractors that can actually manage and make updates t our accounts.

This place is a nightmare. This isn’t actually “Verizon”, so they are literally powerless to do anything with your account. I tried dropping off my equipment, but was told doing so would actually result in a $10 increase to my monthly bill, and that I’d have to call Verizon to resolve the issue; they actually refused to accept the equipment on site until I had independently called Verizon to remedy this. I genuinely don’t understand what the function of this location is. I don’t understand what the job of employees at this location actually is?

HORRIBLE service! My husband was just dropping off our cable box and was explaining that at the counter when the worker yelled, AND I CANT HEAR A WORD YOURE SAYING!!! For one, the worker was playing MUSIC out of his phone and very LOUDLY, too. So, perhaps if he turned THAT down he could hear his customers. RUDEST service ever!

I have been a customer since January of 2018 and have experienced several difficulties and conflicts. Since then I received the rewards card came to the local store in my community and was assisted by LeShaun. He showed very professional mannerism and had a very wonderful warm attitude and was very patient and helping me assist in the process of adding the awards Monies to my current bill. Its individuals like him that makes customer service successful ineffective

Yes, Verizon Fios gave a free preview this weekend for HBO and Cinemax but the thing is it keeps going in and out while I was watching The Accountant. Believe me, I am disappointed more than you can understand. A good movie was ruined!! I am definitely not ordering premium channels as I would have been really disappointed if was paying for these channels.

Took back equipment,1 for ret,1 for replacement.2 employees at desk. 1 could not understand what I was doing.no instructions with router.i asked him what I had to do to install.he said nothing,got home and had some trouble installing.but did get itRight info would be great to have gotten.

Verizon tells you to call ahead for an in-store pickup to make sure they have inventory. You call their location and its a recording telling you their store hours and nobody answers the phone. Went down they didnt have my inventory so I drove for nothing.

Never get Fios. Rip off. Returned boxes in 6 days. 2 stores in PA. Here and Philly. Full Bill sent out. 6 days of service. Never did have phone. Took 6 hours. Same wired coaxial cable in house. Their computers were down. Do Not Never.

Never in my life have I dealt with such ignorance!! Ever! Do not waste your time with Verizon Fios! I got lied to about a tech coming to my home to install internet waited hours today to get told I might have to wait longer and now I have to wait until 9 pm to find out when another tech can even come? Gtfoh y’all are ridiculous and so unprofessional! Stay with COMCAST! Idc how much they charge at least u don’t get lied too and a tech shows the next day insane!!! I’ll never recommend y’all EVER!

The staff at the Fios store in bakery square were very helpful and nice to help me with my bill and was able to help lower down my bill. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable with changes to plan and billing.

Stopped by Verizon yesterday to pick up a cable card. While I would have rather just had it sent to me it was going to be $20 shipping charges and wouldnt arrive for 3-5 business days. I decided to just drive to Bakery Square myself to pick it up. I was greeted and waited on promptly and was taken care of and out of there in less than 5 minutes. The rep answered my questions and provided me a number if I needed additional help. All in all a very nice store. Too bad its located in a shopping complex where there is NO parking (except if you drive a hybrid car) I drove around looking for a spot for longer than my transaction took.

This is the WORST service I have experienced. Had an issue 9-25-2018 because I rented a movie but could not watch it because it sporadic, streaming was not working. Th y took my call after my waiting for to long on the phone and fixed it so they told me.today, been waiting on line 21 minutes so far because they did not fix it. I am trying to catch up on shows but the streaming simply does not work.RUN RUN RUN form this company, you simply are nothing once you sign. I was lied to by the rep who came to the house (fios fixed that but I STILL cant view past programs. They say we fixed it but did not. now up to 24 minutes on hold REALLY>now waiting 35 minutes. must be a huge number of people calling to thank them for the great service

People working here are very nice and helpful. When I was waiting for my FiOS installation, they shipped me a 4G LTE hotspot with free unlimited data that I returned after I got my fiber installed. They usually dont do that, but because they were having a strike, it took them more than 1 month to install my service, do they at least provided some temporary solution. I dont like Verizon because of how they treat their employees, but it was my only option.

Horrible experience, They put me into a contract after i repeatedly asked for the no contract option. Then weeks later wont hear it, Ive been on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to talk to a manager, only to have the sales rep say the manager cant help. Well I will be contacting the legal department as what the sales rep did is ILLEGAL
