DisappointedI went for a new phone because mine wasnt working and I got this new guy who wasnt sure how to explain or help me at all the manager watched this happened I was there for 2 and half hours trying to do this as well as he just asked for my phone number and let me into the Verizonaccount even after letting him know this was my moms account I originallywas just looking and they convinced me on a phone and the battery life is terrible way worse than my other one which is saddening since this phone is supposedly the newest one

I am always hesitant to get a new phone. Therefore the sales expetience is important to me. I really am a basic phone user so I appreciate the expert help. Skylar and Devin were fantastic. The employees were excellent.. when I went to return a phone on Saturday.. despite the hours on the door stating open 12-6, Google saying open 12-6, i wasted hours bussing downtown on a Saturday to get to a closed store at 1PM .. Complete with a UPS Sorry we missed you sticker on the door .. so obviously not open on Saturdays .. would be nice to share this information with the public so we dont waste our time and money traveling to your store for no reason

I had called Verizon Customer Service and ordered a phone, which I had to pick up at this store. Customer Service had given me the wrong hours for the store and by the time I got there, they were closed. However, a salesperson answered the door and explained they had been closed. In my frustrated state, I was clearly not a kind customer and the salesperson still called their manager to see what they could do for me. Soon after, I was let in the store and getting my new phone. When the salesperson was looking up my account they asked why I was getting an older phone when I would pay the same price for a new one and explained a different plan. Verizon Customer Service did not tell me that or explain any better plan. In this store, I experienced real customer service. Looking out for the customer, not just selling something and ensuring I have what I truly need. I appreciate this very much, because it’s rare. Not only had they dealt with a rude customer, stayed after their shift, but they did it with grace and I am grateful for the wonderful job. Well done and thank you. I will see you soon for my new phone! :)

I went to this location to upgrade my phone. Staff member Kaylen was very helpful with choosing a new phone. She did a great job by explaining the differences between iPhones, so professional. Other team members are friendly and very talkative, I liked it a lot. We had very good conversation while I was waiting for my new phone to update. I enjoyed my experience there so now I know where to go if I have and issues or questions :)Guys, you are the best!

I came in twice to get a phone malfunction remedied (two separate events regarding the same issue). Isaac and Ginger were beyond helpful, extremely friendly and personable, and they made the whole process very smooth (even despite a chaotic, busy store on a Saturday). The second time was because a prompt setting up my new phone was an error message and Isaac went above and beyond to explain how to fix my problem and he was immensely helpful.I cant say enough good things about these two. Went to this store to purchase a charger, was told to wait and was then treated rudely by the staff after waiting 20 minutes in the store to purchase a charger, so no charger no apologies, understaffed and rude, go elsewhere.

My iPhone unexpectedly stopped working one day and after chatting with Verizon customer service online for over an hour, they redirected me to my local Verizon store. Although it is not entirely the responsibility of the stores to help file claims for broken phones, Lyland & Kaylen went to great lengths to make sure I got my file claimed and was overnighted a phone through the insurance program. They were super patient with the process and their customer service at this location was awesome! Thank you both!

Ive stopped at this shop many times as I work right up the street. This time I wanted to pick up a longer phone charging cord, so I stopped in. Ted assisted me and, after taking one look at my phone, knew exactly what I needed. The entire transaction took about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to pick up accessories. Ted was pretty competent in the products.

Because I just purchased a pair of Galaxy Buds +. They had to be ordered and I was able to use cash with no hassle unlike other phone agencies. Who I wont name, but they wont order anything for you unless you have a credit or debit card. I dont use either, by choice. I received mine in the 2days as promised.

Theyre just who Im with right now, they helped out with service. I usually switch between services from year to year just to find out stuff or get deals. I have no complaints and I was able to snag one of the last phones that has a battery you can remove, the Motorola E 3 I think. if it gets wet you least have the option of saving a phone by quickly removing the battery and putting it under hand dryer for a while, and Motorolas while not perfect do come with their own free radio. This is important if youre on a budget.

I came here to buy a protective screen for my mothers new cell phone. The screen works perfectly on her phone. The employee that waited on me could have been a little more friendly. He kept asking me if I needed help activating the phone. I told him I can do this at home. But, everything worked out in the end.

Experience at Verizon was good. I was there to pickup a order for another customer. Its hard to get a parking spot in front of the store. Had to park 3 blooms away and the pay for parking... Go figure..

The team here went over and beyond for me. Could not recommend their service enough!

I just called to see about changing over to Verizon from Sprint and I have 3 smart phones. The sales rep lady was obnoxious and kept talking instead of listening to what I was asking her. After that brief experience when I was just trying to gather information to see if I truly wanted to move over to Verizon I was shown quickly I better stay with Sprint. Verizon doesnt even offer an unlimited plan and you claim to be the best...

My phone was ordered online from this store and it got shipped to the wrong address. When we came to the store to let them know the situation the supervisor was very rude and unapologetic telling us we can’t do anything about it, just because someone have an accent that doesn’t mean we have to be treated wrongly. Very disappointed about his approach to solve the problem. Thankfully the customer service over the phone was helpful!

I went into this store last year to upgrade a phone an renew my plan. I knew what I wanted from the start. I was immediately greeted by a sales associated but the transaction took over an hour because he repeated kept trying to sell other things to me. I had to tell him on five separate times that I didnt want an iPad.Flash forward a couple months, I log into my Verizon account to see a $10 a month charge I wasnt expecting. Turns out the sale rep added a wireless hot spot to my bill without asking me. Im guessing this a trick they use to up their commission checks.I was traveling a lot so I wasnt able to go into the store. Several calls and chats with Verizon support resulted in $30 being refunded. This is a fraction of what I will pay for this over the contract though.Eagerly waiting for my contract to be up so I can switch providers.

Had the item I wanted in stock. Sales rep was nice but kept tacking on features I asked not to have. Went home and trimmed $60 a month of extras off my bill. Beware.At least 5 upsell attempts. Retail I understand but I just wanted two things done there.

I walked All the way from by the point on my lunch break to as the only wireless company i ever used to put a new invisible shield on my phone. The fat hairy white guy was very nasty, duggdig in his nose while telling me if he puts it on wrong, they wont replace it. DUH it is insured. I just walked out. I may have to try a new service, second time I got horrible service from this location 🤷

The manager, Josh, is very condescending and irritating to deal with. Be vigilant, know your plan, and doubt every extra deal they try to sell you.

This is the second time I used this location. Crapo experience both times.My 4G isnt working and the guy earlier said theyre all still learning and that tech support would fix my phone remotely within 5 minutes. After an hour on the phone I arrived at work and still hadnt spoken to anybody of any intellect.The time before the woman helping didnt know my native language, English.
