Three Rivers has professional drivers. Theyre very friendly. I get picked up on time which. Is very crucial to me. I dont know if Im allowed to say this, but the driver by the name of Andre is by far is my favorite.Thank you Three Rivers for your excellent servic

My experience over the months with this company has been extraordinary. The drivers are always on time, polite and have accurate knowledge of where to pick me up and where I am going. I really love that the availability they have to wait on me or be there no longer than 10 minutes to pick me back up. Thank You 3 Rivers Transportation for your great company.

Wonderful service! David was my driver and was so kind and helpful made my trip enjoyable. On time no problems. Would recommend to anyone.

Drivers are so nice but the vans are a pos. Whenever you can not see out the window cuz it’s so dirty and it stalls out 3 times.

50% of the time they dont show up at all. If its a life or death situation do not depend on this company!!!!

We had my Dad transported by Charles to his home recently.What a kind and efficient person Charles was to our family.I absolutely reccomere this service to anyone in need.

If I could give them a zero I would. They get there early to pick us up which is a good thing but getting home is a completely different story. Every time we use them we have over and hour wait to get home (which we only live 15 minutes away from drs etc). This company sucks.

Today my elderly father was scheduled to be transported from a rehab facility in the South Hills to his home 60 miles northwest of the facility and Three Rivers Transportation was contracted through Highmarks Access to Care to fulfill the wheelchair transportation. The arrangements were made by the rehab facility (which is a medicare requirement) for a 10 AM pickup. Three Rivers Transportation arrived 90 minutes before the scheduled pickup at 8:30 AM and claimed the 10 AM time was the scheduled time-frame when he would arrive at his home vs. the pickup time. The company refused to wait for my elderly mother who was scheduled to accompany my father and when the facility and I spoke to the dispatcher, the female dispatcher told me were leaving and he needs to find another way home. Sad.

They ruined our Christmas plans!! We scheduled a pick up for my wheelchair bond brother to come home for my mom for Christmas (two weeks in advance )They were to pick him up at 10am after 5 hrs waiting out in the cold and 10 calls to answering service they said we never scheduled(even after they took our credit card info When we scheduled it).They did finally call someone in to pick him up only to have them show up with a van that the ramp was not wide enough for the wheelchair. So we had to pack Christmas up and the family and friends to drive to him. Very very disappointed family!!!!! Oh and they were going to charge $400.00!! Talk about taking advantage!!!

Three Rivers Transportation is awesome. They always get me to my appointments and where I needd to go on time. Uber or Lyft is nothing compared to this company. If you need to have the best service us Three Rivers. Debbie one of the drivers is such an awesome person. I cant recommend Three Rivers enough!

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY!!! Three Rivers Transportation transported my elderly father from a SNF to the hospital for a scheduled MDs appt and left him at the hospital entrance alone. He had been sitting there for over an hour alone and confused. When I spoke to the driver, Brian, he blatantly lied and told me he had dropped my dad directly off at the MDs office suite. He did not know I had been there waiting 45 mins prior to meet my dad. He then changed his story and said he dropped him at another suite by mistake. I advised him the suite he referenced was a lactation suite, and I asked him if he thought that was an appropriate drop off destination to which he replied yes. The general manager, Dawn, tried to defend her drivers mistake by telling me, It was the SNFs fault because they placed the transport order for door to door which means we drop off at the hospital entrance. The driver and the general manager were less than truthful in the entire situation. So, PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
