This national company is so far out of touch w reality, it’s hard to fathom. Not sure what they care about because it’s not patients or employees. Nurses stay clear of this place. Never got paid for last 2 days of work. Reported to HR, got 1 reply asking for more details. Never to hear again. So glad to be away from that toxic environment. Maybe when the employees posting positive reviews see this, I’ll get paid without having to file wage claim w labor board but I doubt it.

Deceitful, fabricates stories that are untrue, and aide walks around with ear pods in, on phone, and thinks its okay to except gifts!!!!!!

I have worked for Maxim for 6 years I enjoy working with the children in the school division. The team is always helpful.

Too bad there isnt an option for zero stars! Out of 3 agencies Ive used for my 74 year old mother, this is by far the worse. They will tell you what you want to hear in the beginning. They never have staff to fill the hours, constantly send aids that are clueless and have terrible work ethics. The management dies nothing but lie to you. Staff shows up when they want and sometimes not at all. Maxim will play dumb time and time again. GET OUT OF THIS BUSINESS BEFORE SOME OLD MAN OR LADY DIES WHILE YOUR WORKER IS A NO SHOW!

Wonderful agancy if looking for neglecting staff that puts loves ones lives at risk, steals from you and violates HIPPA,neglects basic care, with no respect for rules and tells minors dont tell your mom, lies to your face, yells at child, refuses to feed them or follow their feeding routine. The worst company ever had displeasure dealing with Four different nurses all horrible. One left 4 year old autistic child alone in pool after he got head against cement wall, second left child in puddle of urine and leaked stomach content from feeding tube and didnt monitor child Im a nurse not a nanny child was found middle of street while nurse playd on phone, one gave out childs personal information to their spouse, other one gave child food not approved by parents (child is on special diet due to medical issues), several personal items have been broken and stolen from house while with agancy. Agancy has no staff doesnt take matters seriously. If you want someone to neglect and put loved one life in danger their the perfect agancy to do it
