Received a phone call from Erica S. who was trying to fill a role I had already been contacted for.Heres why I am writing this review: Ive been contracting for over 5 years and have never, ever had a recruiter 1) actually listen to my thoughts about what I really wanted to do and 2) followed up with me about the opportunity and was fully candid and honest about the role.Although I didnt get placed with Keystone, I feel strongly enough about them to make a recommendation. If you need employment, they should be at the top of your list -- and ask for Erica S. Youll be well taken care of.

I just want to say that Erica Stafura at Keystone Staffing Solutions, LLC is absolutely the BEST! She is very professional, easy to talk to & reach if you have questions AND she works quickly in getting a job for you. I think it was about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks from initially talking to Erica to getting a job and I couldnt be happier! I am very thankful & grateful for all Erica has done for me. I cannot stress enough what a great experience I had with Tony. He reached out to me with a lead and I wasnt sure I was ready to leave where I was. He understood that & didnt pressure me. He suggested I at least proceed with the phone screen. I am glad he encouraged me. Once I did, I was interested in learning more about the job. Tony coordinated the second interview and kept me abreast every step of the way. I had an offer within 30 days of when he first contacted me. I have dealt with him in the past and it is always a positive interaction. Once I didnt get the offer and once I turned down the offer. Third time was a charm. I enjoy chatting with him when he calls. He feels more like a former colleague that I lost contact with as opposed to a recruiter who does this for a living. I will not hesitate to call Tony again should I be in the job market. Give him a try. He has lots of experience and connections.

I virtually met with Tony and he was honest about the possibilities for me in the market. We talked through a handful of positions they had open and I was impressed with the professionalism he displayed when I told him I think it’s best to stay at my current role. There was no pressure on me to move forward like I’ve received from other agencies. I appreciated that and found it refreshing. For that reason I will work with him when I’m ready. Take that for what it’s worth.

After being let go as part of a larger workforce reduction I thought it would be a tough job hunt in a small executive market like Pittsburgh. I reached out to Wendy at Keystone since I have known her for over 5 years and aware of her strong presence and connections not only locally but nationally.I called Wendy on a Tuesday. She had several leads which we discussed and narrowed down. That Friday, only three days later an interview was scheduled for that following Tuesday. Two day later I was offered the position. One word - Magical. This experience was the best I could ever ask for and would highly recommend reaching out to Wendy for all of your networking/opportunity needs.

Had a positive experience with Keystone who just placed me in a new role. Managing Director was good to work. Very informative. It was a very fast process but was orderly and I enjoy my new job. Would use them again.

Nothing to really even say … no bueno

Tony reached out to me to help place me in the Pittsburgh area. He gave me one suggestion and set up an interview. After doing more research on the interviewing firm, I decided to cancel interview and respectfully notified Tony at Keystone. He belittled my decision and basically told me to take a hike. It is obvious he is desperate and working closely to place with bottom feeders. Unfortunately for Tony, I am not. Stay away and please be warned that some of the positive reviews below are from Keystone employees in order to bolster positive review ratings. That is a huge red flag.

I worked with the Director, Tony and he helped me get a temporary role close to my home. He was kind, informative, and was available whenever I needed him. Even late at night. Within a week of him contacting me I was working and I love my new job!

They truly were super helpful and kind! They got me a job super fast too!!

Interviewed in 2014 for a role. There were no follow-ups or touchpoints afterwards. Take that for what its worth.Beware. Reviews from Collin and Wendy are bogus. They actually work as management for Keystone Staffing. That wasnt a very ethical thing to do, folks. Posting fake positive reviews is just bad form.
