I was and am very pleased with the Access lift that was installed in my home. The installation was done on time and with no problems. The only problem is my dog likes to stick his head into to opening to see who is coming up on the lift and it stops the lift. As I said earlier in am very happy with the lift.

Very pleased w/ initial install. Accessibility and independence were initial reasons for purchase. Discovered its also wonderful for transporting between floors. No more carrying boxes/patio furniture blindly up and down stairs. This is a purchase destined long term. Four stars today -- will update in a year re service.

We absolutely love our Access Elevator. Not only does it work beautifully, it looks like a piece of art! Everyone was so great to work with, from Rich who sold it to us to the installation tech team who were so very nice to work with, so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Access Elevator and their team.

We had a lift put in at masonic lodge in Waynesburg PA, and every throughout the entire process went great.

Would not purchase this chair glide. Purchased mine in March of 2018. Have had nothing but trouble weith it from the start. Have had at least 20 calls to company. They finally decided that the rail was installed wrong. (Upside down,top was at bottom). My chair will work after they come out and fix it, then it will act up again. It will jump going up 1/2 inch to 5 inches at a time. Its now sitting in the middle of my stairs. I cannot do stairs. I had to crawl up the steps. I have made 4 calls for someone to call me back and have not received any call back. I want a new stair glide. This is a lemon.

Not professional .. claims services they do not provide.. hope you have better luck than our family had... but I would try someplace else... first

If I could do zero stars I would. We purchased a stair lift for my 87 year old mother & it has been a nightmare for the last year ( at least). The lift has completely stopped working MUTLIPLE times requiring service calls, sometimes twice a month. If the unit goes down on a weekend, forget it. No service. So if you have a disabled family member you are quite literally stuck. Unless you can carry them down the stairs. Even her physical therapist commented on the poor quality of this unit the first time she came to the house. A unit we were sold, by the way, as “the top of the line”. It’s bad enough to feel that we have been scammed, but when our mother’s very safety is put at risk, it disgusting.

Very poor service. Lift leased from Access has malfunctioned multiple times and its like pulling teeth to get a service man out for repair. I would look elsewhere for your chair lift needs.
