I purchased an alcohol product on line. I was told the delivery window is 8am to 6pm. That is 10 hours. I missed the first attempt because I work 24 hour shifts. I reached out to Earlene. Not helpful at all. Said there is nothing they can do to narrow the window. They tried again. This time I told them I would be unavailable between 2-4pm. And yes, that is when the driver arrived and could not deliver because he required a signature. QCS would not work with me at all concerning narrowing the window or allowing me to pick up the product. This is 2021, and GPS tracking and logistic software is prevalent. For a delivery company to not have this software or not use it is terrible customer service. So, my product was sent back to the company and I am still charged the delivery fee. I would never use QCS for any delivery.
