If I could leave 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant shop and staff. If you have a dog allergy avoid at all costs, and even for an electronics shop the place is stuffy with barely any room to move. None of my calls were returned and when I did manage to catch someone on the phone all I got was excuses. I left my computer in the shop for weeks, trying to be understanding of how clearly overcrowded the shop was but Im convinced it was my own fault for trusting this business in the first place. Dont leave these people with anything more complicated than a keyboard and only if you have a month to spare.

I called, emailed and sent inquiries and for me moreThan two weeks, I got nothing... I was told that I would get a response... But nothing but lip service. Meanwhile my laptop isnt working and Im losing money. Is this the kind of person that you want to work on your personal, private computer??!?I was left a message saying that I should call, that I would get alive. Person. I called and it just rang and rang. I found another computer service repair that told me to come right In and told me diagnosis is free. I have found my computer repair shop!!!! thanks for wasting my time!!!

My dealings with Kevins Computers was a very good experience. And, it was actually fun!First, they politely answered the phone and patiently gave me driving directions. They searched and found me find an older item that I needed for a Lenovo laptop and told me to head on down. Note that 3 other computer shops did not answer which was annoying to me. I have a hard time with this. Are you, or are you not in business?When I arrived, they were pleasant, cordial, businesslike and charged me a fair price for the OEM item. I also liked the dog and barbers chair.I would recommend one thing. I drove past the storefront several times because of their small signs. Had a hardware issue where my buttons on my laptop werent clicking right. He took a look and tried to fix it for a good while. Although he wasnt able to fix, he didnt charge me at all and gave me advice on how I could get it repaired through manufacturer for no cost. Very honest and helpful.

They are dedicated, super-competent, answer my questions, explain things thoroughly, and have been great with point-of-need service (like when my laptop recently quit after 8+ years). And they are really nice folks!

Kevin is thorough, knowledgeable, and fair in his pricing. The one caveat I have is that hes just one guy, and he is thorough, so be prepared for repairs to take a while.

My PC stopped working suddenly and I did not feel like taking it apart, putting it back together to remedy the problem. My wife and I just moved to the area, so we are not familiar with any repair ships here. Kevins was the first one I saw that had such good reviews and I can see why. Prompt, passionate, and knowledgeable is how I can explain my experience. PC was outfitted with much better parts to replace the dead ones and I can see and hear the difference.

Dropped streaming computer off on the 4th, they havent looked at it yet, and told me that they might do so next week.

I took 3 floppy disk drives to Kevin’s to try to be restored. Although two of them would not spin up, Kevin was able to get the third to work perfectly. He then proceeded to convert it to a Mac Compatible file and put it on to a flash drive for me, all within 30 minutes of my arrival. Kevin’s pricing is incredibly fair and he was able to answer every one of my questions in layman’s terms and was able to save some incredibly important files. Oh and did I mention they have an adorable dog? Great service, great prices and a dog...what more could you ask for?

They were at least able to tell us that our motherboard was done, and transfered our data to our portable harddrive. Took them a while to get to us. Expect to wait at least a few days after turning in you device for service. They were kind enough to offer professional suggestions for a replacement device.

Kevins Computer and Photo are an amazing place. I took my older HP laptop there when I spilled water on it and destroyed the keyboard. Kevin found a replacement keyboard from HP Surplus dealer because HP doesnt even sell it anymore. Thats great service! I would recommend going there before you go to a computer big box store if you have any computer issues at all. They are amazing!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Bought a pre-built computer a few years ago. Recently decided to buy some components to upgrade my system. Bought an M.2 SSD drive, but since my computer was a pre-built I did not have the screw necessary to properly mount the drive. Kevin not only had the screw I needed, but configured my drive as well. Couldnt be happier!!!!
