Dealt with Ryan, he was extremely responsive and professional. My specific issue ended up taking quite a few days to resolve (no fault of pm, primarily hardware issues on my end) and with that being said Ryan was always extremely expeditious when it came to re-connecting. Even though Im relatively tech-savvy, I was on a tight schedule and needed some help with both procuring a new laptop and setting up the necessary applications. PM Computing recently installed a server hosted accounting application for one of our companies. The results have been a huge savings in terms of speed and efficiency. I have to note that this was only the most recent of several solutions that we have received from PM Computing. Each time, the technical staff has responded quickly and with a calm professionalism as they found the root cause of the problem and resolved with remarkable speed. The staff clearly takes their lead from Pravin (the managing principal) whose depth of knowledge and friendly demeanor is most impressive. I only gave them 5 stars because 10 stars is not an option.

I can’t tell you how GREAT PM computing is a a whole!Yes they can fix any computer problem that may occur, set you up with a secure web sight, connect hi def cameras and everything in between. Things that you may not even think about , they can do! For instance, I just recently moved from my home where I had a 100” movie screen and media room with wires going everywhere... I contacted PM Computers and asked if they could help me. The complicated thing is where I needed the unit installed required going underneath a room in a crawl space with a light on the technician’s head and snaking wires through walls and over top of a ceiling and down a back wall. (A near impossible task) but they rose to the occasion and did the impossible. I honestly doubted that it could be done. And done so seamlessly.
