I will call this number EVERY time I have an IT issue that is not work-related. Tried to install a wifi repeater from China. Froze internet access to everything in my house. Wifi repeater had no customer service line or email address. Work IT and internet provider could not fix it. Called this place. No answering machine and he was able to log on and reconfigure modem and router immediately. Easy to understand and very patient. My wifi even seems faster now. Best $80 Ive spent in a long time.
