The bay that I used to clean my car didnt work properly, and a strong sewage smell.

I use this car wash all the time and love it. Great value. But the underspray isnt working and theres no way to contact them. The phone number is not functioning. Im not a fan of paying for services I didnt receive. Looks like Im paying for 2 car washes today.

I ended up paying for three car washes today because the sprayer in the first bay I tried had no water pressure, and the second took so much time between settings that I barely got halfway through three wash setting before having to feed more coins into the machine. I finally gave up and paid for an automated wash, and the dryer at the end wasnt functional. What a waste of time and money.

I give my beater a weekly wash in the wintertime thanks to the ridiculous over-salting of our roads. $6 at this place is about as cheap as you can find a touchless drive-through wash WITH the all-important undercarriage spray.I dont use any of the self-serve wash bays or vacuums, but just from looking they seem pretty old and run down.

Started off at the change machine. Put my money in and got change. Next try to buy a towel that took a dollar off of me and never got a towel. Then I moved over to vacuum out my car. Every vacuum either had a coin jammed in it out tape out of order. I found a vacuum that worked. I put the five quarters in the vacuum turn on and no suction for the vacuum. I called to see as to where to get a refund no answer. As other comments have stated people money has been taken without a refund. I hope the owner reads these because. I will be contacting the Allegheny County Controllers office along with AG office of PA for taking money off people.

Just stopped to use the vacuum and of course it doesnt work and will not return quarters. There is no indication thats is broken. And instead of getting upset I thought oh well Ill just give the car a quick wash. Well that machine ate my money too. No water came out and I tried every setting. Very disappointing because the vacuum is $1.25 and the wash is $2.25. so today I lost $3.50 and my car is still dirty. Never going here again.

Its clean and affordable.I didnt hear any warning ⚠️ beeps before the water shut off and I had already added an additional .50 cents.

For a business with no on site staff, you’d think they would answer the phone or at least have it set up to leave a message. Vacuum took 2 quarters before I noticed a bunch were stuck in the bottom and wouldn’t work, so I drove around to the other side to put in a full $1.25 and that one didn’t even turn on. Since this happened I didn’t wash my car there. I tried to call to let them know it wasn’t working so they could at least put an “out of service” sign on it, but no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message. This isn’t the first time this happened.

Ive tried to vacuum here recently on a few different occasions. Took money each time. I should know better. The owner really should maintain this business. That is the last time I stop here.

I started by having to get smaller bills at the gas station, then dump ten dollars into the machine to find out there is no soap for the sprayer, the handle of the brush was broken and spat soap everywhere and after it was all said and done I have hard water spots from the clean rinse. Worst car wash I have ever patroned

Went through the left car wash-- it was out of soap and the car did not get washed. Tried to call the company and the phone goes to a fax. Disappointed in both the service and lack of reaponsiveness.responsiveness. went through the right car wash, there was enough soap that it didnt get washed off the car when we were driving out.

Quite possibly the worst car wash bays ever. Low low pressure and floppy spray nozzle. This was right after leaving. What a waste of money!

This used to be my go to car wash. Lately it has gone down hill. I wasted money on two of the vaccuums, neither ofuof which turned on. The 3rd try wasnt quite a charm either. Turned on but very low suction. After wasting my money on the two non working vacs, I didnt have enough for the wash, probably for the better. There is also no place to request a refund or call to speak with someone. I did Google the number but it just rings and rings...I will have to find a new car wash until this one improves again.

Got the deluxe automatic car wash. Price was very competitive with over touchless car washes in the area. The wash did a nice job, but the spotless rinse was anything but - even after the dryer there were hard water sports all over my car. Have not had that issue at other car washes in the North Hills.

This place is a dump. It used to be a really nice car wash, It has turned into one of the worst. I have been ripped off on several occasions by equipment not working. This was the last time for me. The owner should either sell it or tear it down if they dont want to maintain the equipment.

What can I say about this place that hasnt already been said? I went in with a dirty car, I left with a clean car. I didnt change cars, mind you. The whole experience centered around my one and only Subaru. Incredible. Maybe the best ever.

Three machines didnt work and the one that did no soap came out.

The vacuum took $1.25 but would not turn on. There is not any information listed as to how to get a refund. I called the number on the web site which happens to be a fax machine.

Nice cheap car wash. No where to pull over and wax though. Can get heavily crowded compared to other Arbor Bays (the higher priced one further north is nicer and has a nice shaded waxing area though with no pollen blowing on your car).

Nothing worked. No soap came out and the pre soak and spot free rise was super weak. Waste of money.

Nice self serve car wash with vacuums, self wash bays, and even a touch less automatic. Would be nice if the machines accepted bills, rather than having to make change for everything, but all the equipment was clean and functional, with enough space to maneuver around.

Not to happy about the vacuums , you pay 1.25. However clearly states “deposit slowly” , but would you know give it 2.00 in quarters and it doesn’t turn on. Call the office , you get an answer ? Nope ! Done here , never again .

Cool self wash or automatic wash place to clean your vehicle.

Only cold water for both self and auto. Old guy picking up the trash said owner wont give a refund. Called the number but only got a vm. My whole car turned into a icicle. Had to drive to different car wash. Never going back there again.

The $9 super wash left almost all of the dirt and leaves on my car. Looks like this equipment is 50 years old.

Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner that I tried to use yesterday took my 5 quarters and did not turn on. There is no place or phone number to call to request a refund.

Paid for the deluxe car wash ($9.00) and only got 1/2 of the vehicle clean. I use to come here all the time but after the last 2 visits and only getting half the car actually cleaned, I will not return. They need to fix their equipment!

I would say this is the best car was around. The automated car was is definitely better than Sheets and the manual bays are always in working order.

If youre just looking for a quick spray down and rinse Im sure this place is great.That being said this is the third time Ive gone and the tire wash, pre-soak, and wax dont work. Im guessing thats just what it is and theres no intention of fixing these things.

I only go here because I want an automatic touch free wash. Dont know why I keep coming now that Sheetz has one nearby. The automatic wash never touches the front of my car which is always still dirty. Then today, both sides of my car have unrinsed soap and the front and back are still dirty. Did I not just pay $8 for a car wash. I dont expect much as it is a cheap automatic car wash. However, I used to live in NYC and for $13 I got an automatic wash with a hand dry and the car was spotless nearly every time. Occasionally the grill still had some dirt. Complain within 7 days theyd put the car through again for free. If these folks dont offer to do the same Im never coming back and Ive used this car wash probably about 50 times.

Washed my car there today. Could not rinse it because all of the rinse settings let out soap also!!! Very frustrating as I had to take it elsewhere to rinse all the soap off. Costed me twice as much just to do a quick wash of my car.

The drive thru wash stopped in the middle of its cycle (cost $7) I called to get a refund on May 20th and I havent seen the refunded money yet. I went into a self wash bay and most of the buttons where not working. I guess they are more than willing to take your money but not fix / refund money / equipment

I love this car wash! I think they should have both bays be laserwash 4000’s again like it did in the past years.

Both automatic and manual car washes which is nice. Equipment is consistently well maintained.

Left auto wash is always out of service and the dryer has been broken on the right side for over a year! When you call the number for assistance nobody answers and no voicemail. Please beware.

THIS IS THE WORST SELF CAR WASH EVER EVER EVER EVER!! If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would! I put $2.50 into the wash machine and started lathering up my car as normal. About 40 seconds in.. BAM the whole thing just cuts off without any type of warning leaving my car looking like it got halfway through the Wonka Wash in Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory. So its cool just rinse it off right? I walk over to the change machine that takes $1s, $5s & $10s and stick a crisp $5 into it and it hungrily sucks it up...then the red light pops on and oops..no change for me. So now im $7.50 poorer and my car is about to float away. I looked everywhere for a customer support # to call then finally found it on google. I called the number and got a voicemail with an elderly gentlemen talking about speak up im hard of hearing and left a voicemail in detail. From what it looks like in these reviews Ill be luckier to find $7.50 walking down the street than to get my money back. Is this place REALLY in the North Hills? Any-hu I drove my hot mess lookn car right down to sheets and did the medium plus touchless wash for $9...worth every dollar!

I used to go here often to use the self-wash bays. It was reasonably priced and good. But lately, the quality has dropped. The last three times that I went, there was some issue. No change in the change machine, no soap in the system (washed my car with water basically), and a machine that stole my quarters. That place is unmanned and calls to the business number go unanswered and unreturned. Ill use it sometimes but have found other places to use instead.

Came back out of convenience after swearing a couple years ago not to. Vacuums are terrible. Self wash machines are either broke, squirt the wrong cleaner, or take a minute to filter through. Go the Super Wash 3 min away on Perry Highway.

One of the car wash stalls ate $2, moved to the next. But this is a good, clean facility for a quick wash, they have a drive through too, but Ive never used it.

Absolutely not worth your time. Old, beat up, and malfunctioning. Buttons didnt work. AMD then the timer stopped and it shut down. Its a shame that it hasnt been better taken care of. Id be scared to use the touchless drive through wash here
