Im a lowly P&L financial analyst and today got pulled into an unscheduled ZOOM call with Lori Allen and was rapid fire asked questions about appointments kept for the previous week, while I was scrambling to pull the data and answering her questions she continued to overtalk me and interrupted multiple times. I got upset after she did this the third time and so I said something about it, with my Clinical Director in the room as a witness, I said something along the lines of, She keeps overtalking me, its frustrating to be talked over again and again when she asks me direct questions that Im in the process of answering, Lori Allen became loud, defensive, confrontational and began harshly belittling me professionally stating, Ive been in healthcare for over 27 years with a system that Ive developed and drives results, how long were you with your previous employers? Youve been in healthcare for how long? You need to take ownership of this data.It was very demeaning to be personally attacked the way I was by Lori Allen, especially to the fact that we were discussing objective data. It wasnt personal until Lori Allen took her disrespectful stance toward me, the best I can do is chalk it up to ageism, Im a millennial young and inexperienced. I expected Lori to understand me and be more supportive since my company is paying her for her consultation. Unfortunately it seems this poor professionalism is consistent her character based on other reports and reviews online. Professionally I would never choose to ever do business with this woman shes arrogant, confrontational, disrespectful and belittling not just to me but her own husband Ive heard and seen her yell rudely at him on ZOOM calls.

Plain and simple the woman is a con artist. She is rude, unprofessional, and combative. How she continues to trick people into her services, I have no idea. She teaches staff to bully patients meanwhile she obviously has no experience working in a medical setting. She also belittled staff to the the point where they all threatened to leave. Don’t even bother wasting your money on her service or seminars unless you enjoy being berated and abused by an angry and miserable human being.

Lori Allen is a wonderful coach, instructor, mentor, and consultant that has helped thousands of team members in hundreds of medical offices around the country fulfill their full potential. Brash, rude, and pushing a hidden agenda. Recently, I was required to attend one of Ms. Allens seminars, and several years ago attended one of her training sessions with a different employer. Although years apart, the experience was about the same. I hated it. Her tactless demeanor aside, the material she pushes is the real problem. Dealing with an inconsiderate red head is something I can handle, her solutions are a more serious issue. It is Scientology based and brainwashing. I have no problem with Scientology, the first session I had with her was with an office that was owned by an openly Scientologist family and it was one of the best places Ive ever worked. Being Episcopalian, I saw no problem with integrating some of the Scientology ideas into the workplace. They were excellent ideas that worked. However, this was not some, this was a seminar that was trying to turn individuals into brainless sheep. Advising offices to memorize her questions and answers, never paraphrase or just get to the point. Felt a lot like Catechism. On top of all this, she takes eight hours to cover about two hours worth of material. I would not recommend her to any office that values its employees personalities and individuality. If you want a heard of sheeple ( sheep + people ), by all means, give this woman your money and she will come to your office and talk down to you, for a fee, of course. To end on a positive note, I got some real quality doodles out of my most recent seminar. Going straight on the refrigerator!

Its interesting that after one extremely negative review was written about her and her business it would be followed by five positive reviews all posted at around the same time. A fine example of self written postings to attempt damage control. How this scam artist has stayed in business pushing this nonsense is a mystery to me. I can say this because I worked for this woman for a short time. While employed by this wonderful genius I fell and broke my knee while walking to work. On my return to work she was verbally abusive and attacked me on a personal level. She told me how horrible I was looking and why wasnt I wearing makeup and dressing better and when did I think I could be more presentable. The final insult came when she told me I had to take an indefinite leave of absence. This was her way of trying to keep me off the unemployment rolls and filing a wrongful separation with the Department of Labor as she was in fact firing me for having broken my leg.
