A client of Henderson Brothers backed into my parked car in a lot more than two weeks ago. Ive called the agency three times and have received no helpful information. First, their claims department said they had a claim on file and that I would hear from them within 48 hours. This was on a Monday, so I called back on Thursday after having not heard from them. This time, claims department said they had no record of the accident. They were apologetic, and I made a new claim. They said theyd call me first thing in the morning to schedule an adjustor. I didnt hear from them on Friday, so I called back today, and the claims department gave me the same line: they have no claim on file.This place seems like its a disaster. I hope you never have to deal with them.

Great company to work with. Customer service is on top of everything. If they cant answer your question immediately they get back to you as promised.
