I have been here 4 yrs and absolutely love it. I wouldnt want to work for another company.This is a great place to work at. The supervisor Carol is absolutely wonderful and the other managers are really nice. It is a fun working environment. You have your own space and get a monthly bonus based on how many calls and appointments you set that show. I would highly recommend this place if you need a job.

This is by far the worst company in Pa to work for. The manager (Carol) likes to run the business like a little boys club. If you are great friends with her like one of the managers you get every pass in the book. I had no idea just how bad things were there until I got a chance to work at a different BDC. Oh my what a difference. Carol is a evil person who lucked into a god she does not deserve. This place will give you just enough money and just enough job security to keep people around. To make matters worse Carol and the other manager like to have closed do conversation talking about employees behind there banks and cracking very distasteful jokes. If you want to work for a company full of fake, heartless, classless people this might be the job for you. Otherwise seek employment elsewhere.

I love working here. Your inside; you get your own desk, phone and computer. One of the best things about monroeville BDC is the environment is a caring one. Its minimum wage, but you get a monthly bonus based on your performance. I would encourage anyone who needs a job and he or she is willing to learn. Ive been here for about two years now and I love it!

I love my job! Great managers. This honestly the best job I have ever had! I have here 2 years and I am extreamly happy here! Would recommend this job to anybody looking for a laid back environment with great pay!

Love working here and love my boss Carol. Been in car sales for about 15 years and this is, by far, the best environment ive worked in. Everyone is friendly, hours and pay are both good. Management is always available to help with any questions and feedback. Good location too!

I started working for the bdc almost a year ago. I had never worked for a call center before and did not know anything about anything. I have learned so much in this short time an am thankful to work with such amazing people.

The only reason I gave them 1 Star was because ZERO was not an option. The management team here is absolutely a joke. The lady in charge Carol does not know the business at all. She lucked into a GM position because of her mom being married to the owner and that lasted a millisecond. They needed to get rid of her and not make mommy mad so they stuck her in the BDC where she is out of everyones way. If you want to work for a professional organization RUN away from here. They will lie about pay and squeeze you our of your money every chance they get. Absolutely Awful place to work!!
