Horrible place to work. You dont get any credit for going above and beyond except termination. Close to 50 people fired in 6 months who were the best performers. Do no work here

I will celebrate my 10 year anniversary with CardWorks in August 2020. In the past 10 years CardWorks has been my family, a constant in my life. Ive had opportunities to learn and apply myself and grow. Opportunities to help guide others and work with and learn from and teach hiring managers.Ive watched Associates advance into new roles and define their career paths. Ivehad the pleasure to work with individuals and teams in all of our offices.I never couldve dreamed, when they took a chance on me, just how important this company would be to me. How important these people would be to me! After all, whats a company other than the people comprising it. And Im so thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with these people and this company.

There are so many opportunities and learning experiences offered. Our call center teams work hard to provide excellent customer service to our customers and also provide extensive training for employees to continue the cycle. This is the best company I have had the pleasure of working for. You’ll love your co-workers, team leader, coaches, and trainers. I learned a lot about loans and credit which helped me in my personal life. The only thing I didn’t like (which has nothing to do with the company) is that there is no free parking. At the time of my employment we were offered a $5.00 all day parking discount card. So you’re probably wondering, “If it’s so great there why did you resign?” I had a passion for healthcare and now I’m a nurse. When my daughter developed some health issues management/my trainer/team leader were so compassionate and I’ll never forget that.

I started using Cardworks Acquiring to process my credit card sales when their saleslady told me there was no contract. I quit using them after 11 months and the debited my bank account $409.99 for a early termination fee. I was told there was no contract so how could there be an early termination fee??

I have worked with cws for about 6 months and from the time I Interviewed up until now I have been nothing but absolutely satisfied. OK company, with OK benefits. This place pays well, but the benefits are on the low end from what Ive seen, and the room for growth is sub-par. They open new offices in new states and cities, instead of trying to grow an already great team and office. Id suggest anyone seeking employment here, to seek it at a Pittsburgh committed company.
