I had to get a special blood test done and this was the nearest location for it. Linda the receptionist is so friendly and it was very easy to schedule with her to come in. She had the same friendly demeanor when I came in for my scheduled time and the phlebotomist who drew my blood was equally friendly and made it a great experience (I do not like needles!). The icing on the cake is that they would take care of shipping the samples back to the company which was a load off me. I highly recommend this location!

My parents took the express PCR test here and had a pleasant experience. Results came back in couple hours. Staff were friendly and answered our questions patiently.

We needed *just* a blood draw to complete a prepackaged allergy test our doctor had given us. Finding a place that would do just the draw (and not want to process the test results) was a little challenging - but when i called ARCpoint Labs of North Pittsburgh, they said to come in - that they could do it. They were very friendly, the service was fast, and the price was very reasonable. The blood draw was done on a preteen and the tech was awesome. I definitely recommend ARCpoint Labs.
