This team is amazing and so responsive and fun! I couldn’t be in town for my brother’s birthday and wanted to do something fun and memorable for them. When ordering, Keith walked me through different “characters” and what each one does or funny pranks they pull. We went with “tooth fairy” and when he saw them, the first thing he said was “hey! This will be the second year in a row that I have ordered a singing telegram from Wacky Jacks. They have always accommodated me, even though I call on Valentines Day. Last year, they came to P.F. Changs where my fiance was serving tables and got a standing ovation from a full restaurant. We ordered a large number of balloons to be delivered to a hotel room as a surprise for a newlywed couple (so that they would walk into balloon chaos!) and the process was easy, fun and the couple loved the surprise! I was happy to learn they service Greensburg. I selected the doctor and the deluxe package. He had her in a chair with a lot of her co-workers looking on and did a small comedy skit before actually delivering the telegram, then dumped 8 or so balloons on her. With just two days notice, Wacky Jacks delivered an amazing retirement singing telegram to my dad. They played a little joke, pretending he had ordered the balloons and they were COD so needed to be paid for, then sang a retirement song and gave him his balloons. WOW!!! Thank you for accommodating our wish on such a short notice. This was my daughters first birthday away from home, and we wanted to do something special, unique, and different for her. Wacky Jack helped us to create an unforgettable memory, they composed a very special song just for my daughters 18th birthday and gave her balloons. Although my daughter was 15-20 min. late to arrive to the assigned location, they have waited for her so patiently and welcomed her with a big happy smile. I was face-timing her during Wacky Jacks performance of singing telegram, and to see how her face lighten up while he was singing to her was just priceless. Hired wacky jacks to deliver a singing telegram to a co-worker who has been out for two weeks recovering from an illness. They were really easy to work with and delivered a funny get well song in costume to his house which certainly brightened up his day. Great job
