This business is amazing to put it bluntly.Sent my computer here fully expecting to be told that it was completely shot since I really fried that thing.He not only brought it back to life but managed to somehow fix my graphics card(980 TI water-cooled) too, which was nearly impossible but he did it.I was kept up to date on every step, and the price was far below what I expected. I tried updating my 2012 MAC which was stuck on a very old version. I tried to update it myself but I could not get it to work and ended somehow completely screwing up my mac. It would get stuck on the user and everything seemed to be wiped on it.These guys were great, they restored completely restored my mac extracting the lost data off the hard drive and even got it updated to the latest version(catalina). These guys were life-savers, Im so thankful to them!

Solid diagnostics with a good to fair turn around time. They identified a bad hard drive in my PC. They quoted the cost to fix the issue to be around $280.00 (new hard drive: $80 + labor for install and backing up/reinstalling windows). That means they were charging $200.00 to install a hard drive (on a desktop mind you) and to install windows. I did it myself in 30 minutes with no experience. $200.00 is steep, hence the 4 stars out of 5.

All the people who work at Computer Run are wonderful. They have fixed many problems for me that I have encountered with my computer and tablet. Their service is fast, professional, and very reasonable. I highly recommend Computer Run for all your computer needs.

Came in with a boot issue and another issue I told them over the phone that I was having they only bothered to try and fix the booting issue and their fix was to unplug and plug my gpu so the PC would boot then charged us 50 dollars. Once home the PC still has the same no boot issue. They did no other tests or stressing past it now works give it back.

If anyone had used Computer Run before the new Management it is not the same place with the same problems. This is a totally new computer store! The staff is friendly and helpful and the price for repairs are upfront and reasonable. I have had to system problems corrected and I thought the price was what it should be.

So last week my laptop just decided it wasnt going to work anymore. The problem is that I had a lot of work on that computer that I needed. I found Computer Run from just searching on Google, took it to them and they not only completely fixed it but restored all my data. Their prices were really fair and all the employees were really easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them anytime I have any other computer issues.

I went in 6 months ago to get my hard drive fixed and they did way cheaper then what staples and geek squad wanted. They even replaced it with another 1TB hard drive. Today I went in about getting my screen fixed and they did it super quick ( it was a loose wire ).They are super friendly also.

We have used Computer Run for many years for building PC to fixing repairs. Jason has always been quick to help fix problems or help troubleshoot them over the phone. Most times he can walk me through fixing a problem over the phone without the need to drop PC off to shop. He also great at troubleshooting networking and security issues. Like a car mechanic once you find a good one dont let them go. I would recommend Computer Run for all your computer needs.

Ive been a long time customer and even bought a computer from them that they came out to he house and set it up and got it running. Unorganized and you have to stay on top of your PC while its there. Pretty expensive to fix modern computers.Edit: Called my cell to try to resolve the issue but upon call back I didnt get an answer.

Computer Run is absolutely unbelievable! I had a major software problem and my usual PC repair firm was now only accepting commercial clients. Someone on Facebook recommended Computer Run and I took her up on her offer. The staff was friendly and I was given an on-the-spot estimate of what the cost would be. I received a call in three days to tell me that my computer was ready for pickup. When I arrived there I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that my bill would be credited $25 for being a new customer. Not only was I charged nearly one half of what my old repair place would have charged me for the same problem but the job was done quickly and efficiently. My Dell Inspiron computer is running as fast as it did when It first came out of the box brand new. Computer Run has found a customer for life!

My work computer crashed on a Sunday night and they were able to recover all of my quickbooks files at a very reasonable price, as well as all the priceless photos of my kids. I droppped it off on Monday and had all my files back by Saturday. They stayed in touch with me throughout the whole recovery process and I could not have been happier with the outcome.

Was having MAJOR CPU problems and after wasting $300 at Staples to have them make my computer run worse, I googled and saw Computer Run in Pitman. Brought my list of problems I had written down and explained to Jason who helped me. After patiently waiting for me to get done, he said Virus and I said he had my permission to fix any and all problems that he may find.After a couple of days he called said it was ready......it runs AWESOME!!! I could not be happier with the service and the price was very reasonable and NOT the rip off Staples did! Get your computer fixed at this place, you will not regret it!! Thanks!
