I went to CV Communications to get my apple air and my iphone screen repaired. His prices were so affordable and he was able to repair my laptop that hadnt been working for months. Not to mention, he is so kind and just an all around good person. I am so happy I was able to find such an honest person to repair my laptop.

- My complaint is for the attention received.- a very bad tempered, aggressive and not very patient person, it seems lousy to me that someone who lives off his clients is not kind- I Take an external memory to retrieve my information, after calling many times he told me that it was ready, when I will pick it up the first time, the power cord was not the correct one, the second time he changed the case but the memory no longer worked , He charge me $ 50 and he did absolutely nothing- In conclusion this guy stole my money and never repair anything, waste my time and my money, be careful.

I wondered if Yelp has no stars or even negative ones to rate this business. in fact CV is not a business it is a marketplace where you get in first of all and you bring your item for repairs BUT THE ONLY guy there VIC dubbed as owner operator LOUD AS ... never heard someone like this in my life with a high pitch first of all, talk to you about his successes in changing screens and his work success but all was nothing but empty lies and lack of professionalism .. no receipt no quote printed no nothing he said i should come back for that as his daughter was not there to print a receipt of 300$ for repairing a YOGA ideapad laptop .. so i felt i was begging for an official stamp before i left his office .. he could only give me a nothing receipt off of staples no header no business name no license no nothing .. i waited 45 minutes for him to locate a small stamp before i left .. i took off .. that was a red flag right there i should have NOT kept my yoga laptop with him but one my friends recommended him that s why i had to swallow that and move forward.i kept my yoga there on Nov 30 th at around 1 pm he said the screen assembly would be in stock on dec 4 and HE WOULD call me .. i started coming 4th , 5th , finally i called on the 7th and he said IT IS here i can start working on it today .. remember I CALLED and NOT HIM7TH 8th till today the 11th the screen was NOT REPLACED and the machine still not fixed POST 11 DAYSi showed up today morning 11 am he said he would have to work on it and i would have it by 4 pm and the item was NOT RIGHThe wanted to charge me 10$ to send it back to his supplier .. what an ...@@*JKJ WHAT ? PAY for what ? for his mistake and non professionalism and his ignorance in the business?i finally said GIVE ME MY MONEY I AM DONE and he started going LOUD as usual totally odd and insane and gave me the transaction slip but offline deal .. what a crook .. i had to wait for him to call his BOA Merchant services in Marryland and spoke with Tim there who assured me that all would be fine before i left his little no shop place ...this GUY should NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND from the time i was there waiting and losing my time he started talking about all kinds of irrelevant things of his son sick to bla bla bogus as i showed up to his place .. STILL NOT even a phone call to show respect before professionalismwe will file a claim and notify the local authorities about this guy who withheld 300 $ for 11 days and still ( no refund has been received yet) and will make sure his Pinole license will NOT BE RENEWEDi am also a technical person and work on smaller projects of tech troubleshooting issues but my capabilities did not allow up to pursue a screen replacement thats why i went to this nightmare place ...i will make sure they will not be in business in 2018 so no one can have the same problems as i had..
