Excellent, quality service! I left with a receipt and tracking number and was pleased to receive email confirmation once my package was picked up by carrier. Highly recommend!

Donna was so helpful in returning a package. The return label had expired after 5 days of receiving from the shipper. We did not know we had only 5 days to return the package. Donna called the shipper for me and had them to issue a new return label. Donna has awesome customer service skills. Thank you again.

Have been here numerous times, always great service, greeted with a smile. Such a convenient location, too. For all who are not happy with short hours or fast service- Pinehurst postal office is just down HWY 5 :)

Ive been here a few times and my service was just okay. Ive always had the services completed that I needed done. What disappoints me the most is the overall atmosphere at this location. Ive never been greeted with a smile. The lady that normally checks me out always has a blank expression or look that says that she doesnt want to be there. I have been there a few times before I felt as though she was rude. I decided recently to stop going. I feel as though theyre overpriced as well. If youre looking for a great place to go where the people are kind and friendly I suggest the UPS Store in Southern Pines as well as Pack Ship N Moore located in Seven Lakes.

I am sitting here in my car, with 2 other cars also waiting... It is15 minutes past opening time and no sign of anyone. A couple minutes is one thing.... But 15 and counting? Unacceptable.

I would love to leave a review, but they are only open 8:30 -5:30 on Mon-Fri. So they are only open during standard work hours, not sure how people can use their services if you have a job.

I have used their service periodically and have had impeccable service every time. I will continue too use their services.

RUDE! Was on the phone on a personal call for about 8 minutes while iI just stood there. Theyre over priced. Will NEVER step foot in there and informing my friends. Beware
